Chapter. 18 Good Day, It Sure Is

I run at the red team keeping pace with the front line, Megan had stayed back the snipe with her bow.

Megan, that girl makes my world go upside down. As I was thinking off in my own little world again,

a person swung their sword right at me but Ben reached out and blocked it. I snapped back to reality,

man what is up with all this sappy stuff and me? Jeez, I have to give myself a serious looksie and fix

that.

"Thanks man, let's go vaporize some people" I say and we charge off.

"Anytime, just be more aware OK?" he says and vaporizes a dude on his left.

A girl about fourteen swung her dagger at me, I quickly raised my sword to block the strike. I caught

the strike on my hilt without a second to spare knocked the weapon out of her hands and hit her

target. She vaporized into nothing and I continues forward. An older guy maybe sixteen comes at me

with twin machetes in each hand. He swings them both at me in an X, I duck and throw a snap kick at

him. he is knocked of balance, I see my chance and vaporize him on the spot.

Ben is still next to me fighting off two people at once. Both are armed with swords, and I can see

Ben is falling behind. One kicks him in the chest, and the other sends his sword directly at his

target. I jump at the attacker and block the strike right before it reaches Ben. The attacker puts

on a look of confusion and looks up at me, I take this to my advantage and strike. He disintigrates

and I turn to the other just as Ben puts his weapon into the other person's target. He turns and

looks up at me in awe. Looks up at me? Isn't Ben taller than me? I look down and notice I'm floating

two feet of the ground. I almost laugh, and I surge upward over the crowd slicing at three people as

they try to knock me out of the air.

I go up, ten feet, twenty feet, and look around for Megan. Where is she? There, I see her at the back

shotting arrow after arrow into the crowd. I soar over and land next to her, she looks startled then smiles.

"Find Lee yet?" she asks.

"Nope, have you?" I ask.

"I saw him a little bit ago but I saved him for you." she says and fires another arrow disintigrating a

younger person.

"I'm going to go find him, take care." I say and take off without another word.

I sail up twenty feet over the crowd looking around for Lee, I see about ten astonished faces looking

up at me but instantly half of them are gone. Rule number one, never get distracted during a fight. An

arrow sails past my head and I look to see where it came from. Down by the North weapon rack there is a girl shooting arrows at me. Another one flies at me and I dive bomb her. Slicing her target and surging

upward at the last second.

Now where is Lee, for a minute I think he has been vaporized already and go to search the sideline. As I

rake the edge of the field I see him and five of his team mates fending off three of mine, one of which

I think is Ben. i swoop in low, and take a running landing ten feet from the skirmish knocking anyone in
