2) Can It Get Any Better

I had time so I uploaded the second chap today aswell :P

Recap: 

He laughed looking at me. I then offered him a bite which he first refused very unlikely of him. I raised and eyebrow which made him shook his face laughing. "You and I both know you never refuse chocolate chip cupcakes? Is there something wrong with it?" I said the latter as i scrunched up my face. He pinched my nose laughing and he took the cupcake from my hand. He was scanning the cupcake as if he was deciding where to take the bite from. I got a bit frustrated and took it from his hand and took it to his lips he got wide eyed but I simply pushed the cupcake further which made him take a bite. As soon as i removed the cup cake from his face, I did something for the second time tonigt I gasped!

Emma's POV 

I Saw a small white band kinda thing sticking out of his mouth. It was covered in chocolate But i could make out the it was white with small stones on it. All i could think of was...was...was...was it what i think it was?

I saw a pink blush creep on Jeremy's face as he took the 'thing' out of his mouth and washed it with the left over wine kept near the mat. God he can be lazy sometimes. In normal situations I would have rolled my eyes or made a sarcastic comment on how lazy he was. But this was anything but normal!

That’s when I saw the thing he held by in his palm a beautiful ring with a huge purple diamond and small diamonds on the band. 

After what seemed like an eternity of silence I heard his voice "This wasn't meant to happen like this." But I couldn’t stop gaping at him.

 He sighed and stood up from the mattress. He sat on one knee, held the ring between the thumb and the index finger and that’s when reality hit me, instantly I got my palms to clutch my mouth! He then started softly saying "Ginger I have known you for all my life and finally in college I had the guts to ask you out. Since then life has been nothing but beautiful. I can’t say sappy romantic things like you were my 1st because unfortunately you weren't" I furrowed my eyebrows at the sentance, is he proposing or breaking up with me?

 He then abruptly stopped when he saw the look on my face. "oooookkkkkk...thaaaaatt diiiiiidnttttt sounnnnnnnddddd soooo welllllll..." He said this stretching every syllable.

I couldn’t help but laugh.

He then smiled and continued "You tamed and changed the player me into what I am today I owe you a lot in life and want to pay you up. Actually it also has my selfish motive cause that way I get to have you around forever." We laughed and he continued "So Emmalinne Martha Athens I wish to wake up every morning to your beautiful face. I wanna grow old with you and I wanna die lying in your arms so will you do the honor of making me the happiest man on earth and Marry Me"

He waited and I slowly nodded my head and squeaked a "yes"

He slipped the ring into my finger and I hugged him tightly. Clutching him for my dear life. He then kissed me ever so deeply. We then pulled away due to lack of oxygen but I was still protectively wrapped around in his arms. He then took my left hand n his hand and said in a fake British accent with a mischievous glint in his eyes "I love you, most ardently please do the honor of accepting my hand"

I laughed as he said Mr. Darcy's dialogue from my most favorite movie 'Pride and Prejudice' I instantly got into the role of 'elizabeth benett and replied "Sir, I appreciate the struggle you have been through, and I am very sorry to have caused you pain. Believe me, it was unconsciously done." I couldn't help but giggle the whole time.

He raised an eyebrow and faked confusion but couldn’t hide his smirk as he said "is that your reply"

I squeaked "yes sir". Jeremy then laid me on the mattress as he spoke seductively "I would have continued but my buddy here is getting a bit too frustrated, seeing the gorgeous dress still on you and not on the floor" I laughed as he pulled me into a kiss and made love to me.

After hours we finally cuddled into each other on the matters. I had my head on his bare chiseled chest and he had an arm securely wrapped around me. I was drawing hearts on his chest when I heard him murmur, "You know I got promoted?”

I snapped my head up and gasped, god I did that a lot today! "Really? Why didn’t you temme earlier"

He pecked my lips and spoke "cause I just came to know"

"huh?" I whispered.

“Well now I am officially Jeremy Jones, fiancé of Emmalinne Athens.” T took me awhile to comprehend what he meant but I di I slapped his chest laughing.

I edged near his ears and blew a little before seductively speaking, "Well I have a promotion coming soon in future, from Ms.Athens to Mrs. Jeremy Jones"

He cupped my face and murmured near my lips, "I love the sound of that" He then growled and kissed me hungrily.

I just laughed while kissing him back.

Can Life get any better? God Was I lucky.
