"Sure, what's up?" he asked

"He really hurt my feelings..." I remembered Kay sniffing... damn...

"I- uh I'm not a top chef or anything, so don't expect something amazing..." I choked out... I can't tell him yet.

"Hahaha, that's fine! I'm not gonna mind!" He smiled

"Good" I smirked. I felt that pang of guilt again... Couldn't Kay just man up and slap him? Save me a lot of trouble, and I could forget this charade... Maybe "meet" him again as a guy... and just be friends.

"So... what do you do in your spare time?" He leant forward and smiled while putting his hand to his chin.

"Mostly game..." I shrugged, "I skate as well, at the park."

"What's your gamer tag? I'll find you." Jackson pulled out his phone

"Jai515, for Ps3 and online." I listed

"Cool" he smiled

After that we talked about school, our hobbies, and absolutely nothing really. I told him I read a lot, he takes photos and the modeling is a side class. He lives practically alone, since his dad's always working and his mom...well is gone. He only has a lady come who cleans twice a week. He just eats what she orders for him... I told him about my school and how I'm in the graphics and the sports programs.

"Wow, that's gotta be hard!"

"More than posing maybe..." I smirked, I sat up and stretched, "I'm thinking it's about time I go. I'm feeling stiff."

"Did you want to get lunch?" Jackson asked

"Nah, that's okay... I'm gonna head home. My parents come back today so I'll have to be there."

"Do you want a ride then?" he offered

"I've got my board." I smiled

"Yeah, but it's raining." I looked to the window he pointed at and it was pouring. Damn... he's got me stuck... either I go to lunch, hope it dies and skate or head home in his ride and hope Kay doesn't come out... she probably won't if it's raining... Oh... I bet it's not gonna last either

"Uhm sure, y'know what? Let's go to lunch after all..." I looked at him and smiled

"Sweet, do you like European? There's this nice little restaurant I think you'd like." He smiled back

"Sure, I'll try it." I followed him to the door and waved bye to Mike.

"See ya lovebirds!" He grinned

"See ya fruit boy!" I smirked and stuck out my tongue

"Meeeanie! He cried

"Sorry not sorry!" I laughed and walked out as Jackson held the door open

"Wow! It's strong!" I heard him laugh; I nodded holding my board over my head.

"LET'S GO!" I shouted and ran ahead toward the car. We jumped in and I shook the bangs out of my face, this wig's on tight but these bangs itch...

"Whew, okay, I'll put on the heat a bit." He turned it on and flicked on the radio. He pulled out of the parking lot and a rock song came on

But I'm on the outside,

I'm looking in

I can see through you, see your true colors

'Cause inside you're ugly, you're ugly like me

I can see through you, see to the real you

I looked out of the window and hummed along, Jackson was singing along with it.
