*****2 hours later****
Jessica's POV
"You little slut!" Makayla hits me.
"I bet you bribed them. They loved me!" She throws a pillow at me. I'm used to this kind of behavior from her. Everytime she doesn't get adopted, she goes crazy. But this time since I got adopted instead of her she hit me like 3 times. Nothing new. I don't really care. She leaves my room and slams the door ridiciously hard. I am packing all of my stuff. Which isn't alot. Just one suitcase.
****meanwhile same time ****
***Louis' POV***
"She was sent back 8 times." My eyes go big. That must be a new record or something.
"Are you sure you want to adopt her Harry. She's been through alot. Sure we can fix her?" I asked a little scared
"Like what?" He says
"Well her dad is in jail, her mom and brother are dead. She use to be insecure. She starved herself. She got bullied all the time. Even though she was home-schooled. And on top of all that, she hasn't spoken a word since she got sent there" I say, kind of out of breath
"I'll fix her." He says. I give him that Yeah-sure look.
Through all the awkward silence me and Harry sit across from each other sending each other deadly glares. Then Niall says something to break the silence
" We can start by taking her to Nando's."
"No. we don't get back for another month." Liam says. I notice Zayn is surprisingly quiet and he hasn't has a mirrow check in quiet a while.
"You alright there ,mate?" I ask. He seems deep in thought. He doesn't answer me so I start throwing spit balls at him. "Stop! What do you want?" he says. He must be really angry
"You alright?"
"Yeah sure."
"Is something bothering you?" Liam says
"No. Well.. yea. Perrie broke up with me." He says and starts crying.
I go over and start conforting him. I never really liked her but they seem so happy. I give him a big hug and say " If she broke up with you then she isn't good enough. You can always join me and hazza bear." I say It makes him smile.
"She said I don't talk to her anymore but I text everyday."
Harry comes and says "Here's what we do. Take all of your pictures of them and burn them." We all laugh. Leave it to Harry to cheer somebody up.
