        Well let me start by introducing my self my name is Mary and im 21 years old and Mexican-American lol. Im 5'4 (kind of short). Well ill leave it as a short introduction."Mary are u ready honey, your supposed to be at the airport by 6am its 4:15am and you know the ride there is kind of long so lets go hurry" my grandma yelled so i can hear her from upstairs."going grandma just finishing packing some things"i yelled back so she can hear me clearly. After finishing packing we headed out. Good thing i got to the airport a bit early so i can maybe enjoy some breakfast.'so hungry' i thought to myself. I headed to Starbucks and bought a pumpkin spice latte and a ham and cheese croissant.
After i ate i went to a book store that they had here in the airport and bought a English-Korean book just in case. I know a little bit of korean but i can be off sometimes or lack it ㅋㅋㅋ. "Flight 13 to Incheon South Korea will depart in 10 minutes" i heard the announcement and got straight in line. I'm so nervous my first time away from family and living alone in a new country' i thought to myself. I took a seat in the plane and a man sat next to me and greeted me. I greeted back to not seem rude. I would say hes in his 20s, but im not gonna lie he's pretty cute and he must be korean since he is talking korean on his phone before we depart  ㅋㅋㅋ. I had enough money to treat myself to a  1st class seat. Once i get to Korea i know i don't have to worry about finding a place too stay since i rented an apartment in advance and also had paid off 3 months thanks to my family for helping me out. The only problem is finding a job and maybe even going to a school (college school of course). I've been looking online for a job thru out most of the flight (thanks to the plane for having Wi-Fi). I knew the ride was gonna be at least 13-15 hourse before we get there. I got out my book and started to read thru it to keep learning korean to step up my game on the language so there won't be such a big barrier on language communication. The man that sat next to me kept stealing glances since i felt someone looking at me once in awhile then he started to talk " hey i see your reading a eng-kor dictionary. Do you speak korean or only english?" He said. " well i speak English and Spanish, but i know little korean i bought this book too learn more so i wont make a fool of myself while trying to communicate " i told him. He looked at me and glanced at the book one last time then said" if u want since where on a plane for a very long flight, i can maybe teach you some korean. Thats if you want i dont want to force u?" He smiled. "Really! That would awesome. My name is Mary by the way and u r?" I asked. "O sorry my name is Lee Joon-Kyung. Do you by any chance know who i am?"he asked. I looked dumbfounded at the sudden question then i remembered i haven't even taken a good look at him just from the side since i didn't want to seem like a creep. I turned to face him then it hit me " oh yeah im sorry i didn't know who u were in the beginning. My apologies Joon-Kyung-sshi or should i call u Dok2" i said not acting nervous or stupid in front of one of my favorite korean hip-hop artist.(my inner fangirl went crazy tho ㅋㅋㅋ). He looked at me for a few seconds then said" u can call me by my real name it sounds weird when a girl says Dok2 since its my stage name and all. S-so so are u on vaca or moving to korea if u dnt mind me asking?" Wow he sounded kind of nervous since he stuttered a bit. "Well im actually moving to korea" i said "r u moving alone or with family" he asked"well im living on my one this time im kind of nervous tho ㅋㅋ" i said wow did i really laugh. I think i might've sounded weird since he laughed slightly after i did. "Don't be nervous everything is gonna be ok i know the feeling of moving out living alone. Its nerve wrecking at first but once u settle in you'll feel like at home" he said with a smile on his face. I just smiled back at him and thanked him for the advice. We talked for hours and he tought me some korean. We both had fallen asleep after what seemed like a long class period lol. " we will be landind momentarily please fasten your seatbelts for safety. Thank you"the attendant had said."Joon-Kyung-sshi wake up were about to land and we need to buckle up" i told him trying to wake him up. "Thanks for waking me Mary. You dont have to say -sshi after my name it makes me sound like a ajusshi haha. Just call me Joon." He said waking up just on time." Ok Joon^^" i said with an eye smile.(my eyes are kind of small so when I smile i have a slight eye smile). "Wow finally im back home" Joon said putting things in his bag." Welcome to South Korea Mary i hope u like it here cuz i love it haha." He added. "Thanks Joon, i know ill love it here i've read and learned so much about here" i told him. He smiled at me and stood up since we have safely arrived. I headed off the plane and walked  to the baggage claiming area too get my luggages. I had found all 3 of my luggages and decided to have a cup of coffee before looking for a taxi. "One hot vanilla  latte please. How mu..." i said but i was cut off by a man "please also add a medium iced americano to the order. How much?" That voice i couldn't forget it since we had talked for hours onthe plane."Joon? Its ok i can pay for both since u helped me with korean." I said smiling. Before i knew it he had already handed the worker his card and payed for our drinks." I could've paid u know plus i owe u one for the teaching" i told him. I wasn't mad at him or upset i just thought it would've been respectful if i would've paid for his help. " its ok don't sweat it i insit. But u can always pay for lunch" he said chuckling." Lol sure i guess why not since u didnt let me pay for the drinks, its the least i can do since u tutored me" i explained. We both headed out and he had offered me a ride in his car that he had someone drop off before he landed so i said yeah and we drove off to a restaurant for lunch.
