After crying hysterically for two hours on the side of the road, I decided to head back home. I prayed that the cheater had left and taken his 'girlfriend' and all his belongings; after all it was MY house. As I drove home I thought to myself as I sobbed, she knew Adam had a girlfriend? Why would she come into MY home and disrespect ME like that? I was despondent and angry at the same time. Adam was the only guy who could make me feel beautiful. He was the only one who could make me smile. I mumbled to myself, "We were so perfect." This is not what I wanted to come home to from the tour. After everything I had done for him, he repays me by betraying me. When I came home, the Mercedes was gone and the cheater's car and belongings were gone. I sat on my bed and clasped my hands in front of me. I bowed my head to pray. I hadn't done this in a while so I didn't know what to say...I prayed to God that he would put his faith in me to get through this tough time. I knew I was a strong woman deep down but I felt my heart split in two.
