"Hmmmm....", Hunter muttered. "I'm not sure why he would be acting so weird. Maybe you should just give it a few days and see how he acts then. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about," he smiled. "Thanks Hunter," I smiled back. "It was so nice to see you." "Everything will be alright. Call me if anything happens," he said. We hugged and he led me out the door, I got into my car and drove away. I told myself everything was going to be okay and that maybe Adam was just stressed out from work. By this time of night, it was so dark I could barely see five feet in front of me. When I arrived, Adam's car was in the driveway. Our driveway is only big enough for one of our cars so Adam usually let me park in the driveway. I guess he had decided to park there because I hadn't been home at the time. I shrugged my shoulders followed by an "Oh well" and I parked along the curb. As I pulled up, I saw a black Mercedes parked in front of me that I had never seen before. I figured the neighbors had friends over. Boy, was I wrong.
