"Esha, Esha open the door." The continuous banging on the door woke me up from my sleep. I looked around to see light peeking out of the curtains.

It's morning.

I looked down at myself and saw the same dress i wore yesterday. Wait, I was waiting for Aarav then when did i fell asleep?

Aarav, Where's Aarav? I hurriedly searched for my phone but it was nowhere to find.

A sharp pain shot through my head, Shit. I clutched my head tightly and stepped out of bed.

Why my head is paining so much?

I moved all the pillows, looking for my phone but it seemed like it vanished. Because it was nowhere to find.

Now how will I call, Aarav? Uff!

"Esha," Again the loud banging on my door started, "Oh god, who wants what at this hour?"

"Yeah coming." I quickly walked to the door and opened it, just to see a very panicked Shanaya.

"What happened? Are you okay?" I asked looking at her uneasy eyes.

"Esha, Aa-  Aarav." Her voice cracked as she started to speak.

"What? Did he come back?" I asked, holding her by her shoulder.

"Esha, he got into an accident." Shanaya's voice broke down. Did she just say what I heard?

She's kidding, right?

"Wh- what?" I could feel the tears rolling down my face as i whispered.

"He's no more, Esha." It's like the floor moved away from my feet. And then everything around me went silent, so silent that I could hear my heart pounding against my chest.
