(A/N) I'm SOOOO sorry for taking so long! I have an actual reason this time.
One of my friends died on Tuesday Night, and I found out on Thursday. #RIPKIMARA.
I've been greiving for a while, and still am. But I thought it was time for the next chapter.
So enjoy! I'm getting close to the end of this story, just a heads-up.

~Aliyah's POV
I stopped in the parking lot for Shear Innoviations Hair & Tanning Salon, took a deep breath, and got out of the car.
I had dropped Jamal off at his house, so he wouldn't be too much of a disruption.
Luckily, he was too high to notice I took his car.
I walked in, and a nice lady greeted me, and asked if I needed any help.
"Yes, I'm looking for hair dye." I replied.
She walked me over to where they were, and asked what color I needed.
She sifted through the different tubes and bottles until she found one I liked.
It was a sort of honey color.
I took it, and paid at the front counter.
I walked outside, and  sent Kaylan a text before going back in the car.
**Text Convo**
Aliyah; Hey K, you at home?
Kaylan; OMGEEEE! ALIYAH! WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN?
Aliyah; Long story lol.  You tryna chill?
Kaylan; YESSSSS!
Aliyah; Mmkay, I'm on my way.
Kaylan; Aight, be here in 20.

I started the engine and drove to Kaylan's, making sure I had the hair dye.

~Jacob's POV
"What about this one?" Yasmine said, pointing to a Red Tux.
We went shopping for her dress and my  Tuxedo, and since her dress was red, she wanted my tux to match.
"No. That's tacky as hell." I laughed.
"It is not! Look, if I'm going to win homecoming queen, and beat Ciera, I NEED you to look your best, alright?" She said, grabbing the tux off the rack.
She went to the cashier to pay for the tux.
I ran my fingers through my hair, and took a deep breath.
Lord, Jesus help me.
She paid for my tuxedo, and dragged me out of the store and into her car.
"Now we have to get accessories." She demanded, getting in the drivers seat.
We drove in silence for a few minutes when my phone vibrated.
I unlocked it, revealing a call from Aliyah.
Aliyah.
I pressed accept, and put the phone by my ear.
"Hello?" I said into the reciever.
"Jacob! OH MY GOD! I MISS YOU!" She squealed.
I gave a little chuckle, and replied.
"I miss you too."
I could feel Yasmine glare at me, and ignored it.
"Anyway, I got a question." Aliyah snickered.
"Are you drunk?" I asked.
"What? No."
"Oh, aight. What's the question."
"I'm not drunk, I'm high, there's a difference." She snickered.
"Alright, what's the question?"
" If a quiz is a quizzical, what is a test?" She said, about to explode of laughter.

I took a while to think, before bursting out in laugher.
"Haha, you were gonna make me say testicle." I laughed.
"Who are you talking to?" Yasmine said, clearly annoyed.
"Is that Yasmine I hear?" Aliyah asked.
"Yeah, it's her." I said, ignoring Yasmine.
"Put me on speaker." Aliyah said.
I pressed the speaker button, and told her it was on.
"Aye Yas. It's Jake from State Farm B!tch. Don't wory ab-" I quickly turned off the speaker, cutting Aliyah off.
Yasmine gasped, and gave me a stern look.
Dammit.
"I gotta go." I spoke into the reciever before hanging up.
The ride was especially awkward after that. She didn't even bother buying accessories after that. She just took me home.

~Aliyah's POV
"You want to WHAT?" Kaylan exclaimed.
"I wanna dye my hair." I said, opening the box with the hair dye inside.
"Are you sure?" She said, grabbing the box.
"Yes."
"Alright, if you say so."
She grabbed a chair, and we went into the bathroom.
Kaylan gave me an old shirt, and I threw it on, while she grabbed latex gloves.
I plugged my iPod into her stereo, and 'Talk That Talk' played.
"Who's that?" She said, referring to the music.
"Me and Jamal." I grinned.
"NO.WAY." She squealed, grabbing vasiline.
"Hell yeah."
She coated my hairline, ears, and neck with it.
"What's the vaseline for?" I asked.
"Prevents staining."
She mixed the dye with the developer, and put my hair in sections.
"It might sting a little." Kaylan said before applying the first coat of dye.
"Hey, you wanna record a song with me?" I asked, trying to get my focus off the the stinging.
"You serious?"
"Yeah. I got a song I was gonna do, but I could use some help."
"A'ight."  She smiled.
I'm Different started playing, and we sang along while she dyed my hair.

"Hair long, Money long, me and broke niggas we don't get along!" Kaylan sang.
"Girl, hush! You and broke niggas don't get along but you're dating Roc?" I joked.
She gave a gasp and playfully hit my shoulder before laughing herself.
"Wow, okay. My hair's starting to sting alot." I said, taking deep breaths.
"Uh, think about something else." Kaylan suggested.
"Okay. Thinking about something else.. Let's see.. Uh.. cute guys!" I said.
"Good topic. Tyga." Kaylan said.
"YG."
"Diggy Simmons."
"Micheal Jackson, before he was white." I said.
"Freddy E."
"MGK."
"MGK?" Kaylan said, spinning the chair so I was facing her.
"Yeah. I like white boys."
"But he's so, ugh."
"He is not."
She finished the back of my hair, and started on the middle.
"Chris Brown." She grinned.
"Big Sean."
"Roc."
"Jacob."
I imediately covered my mouth with my hand after that one.
"What?" Kaylan asked, looking in my eyes.
"I ain't say nothing." I lied.
"You said Jacob."
"Nope."
"Yes you did. Aliyah, do you like him?"
"I'M DIFFERENT, YEAH I'M DIFFERENT." I sang, trying to distract Kaylan from her question.
"Nice try. Answer me."
"NO! I mean, no. I mean, I don't know! Damn!" I said, frustrated.
"AWWWW!" She squealed.
"AWWWW Nothing!" I said, mimicking her voice.
"Whatever Ali."
