At The Right Moment

It is my last week here in Switzerland so I decided to really enjoy it

"I'm going to go to every corner of Switzerland," I said

But before that, I went to the cafe where I also went last time, and the drinks there tasted amazing, I think it's my favorite cafe now, I love how relaxing it is in the cafe.

I went inside the cafe and ordered a coffee and bread.

After I got my order I went back to my table and minded my own business.

"Michelle"

I heard someone shout, at first, I didn't care at all, when I realized the name was MICHELLE that's when it hit me, Michelle? The Michelle Dee? I searched with my eyes but I couldn't find the Michelle since there were many people today in the cafe.

Michelle, it is Michelle, finally, I saw her, suddenly the cafe was silent, other people disappeared all I could see was her, only her, I remember this feeling, this is exactly what I felt when I first saw her in El Salvador. She was sitting at 2 tables beside me all this time. This was my chance to finally talk to her, so I went to her

"Michelle?"

When she looked up at me, I saw how her eyes glowed, she smiled confusingly which scared me cause, omg what if she doesn't know me anymore

"Ann?"

Holyshit she called me Ann? It's been years since I heard that from her

"Anntonia it's you!" She said and excitedly hugged me tight

"Oh, sorry, I was just excited to see you again, I missed you," she said
"It's fine, I missed you too"

"So, how are you" Michelle asked
"Fine, fine. wow Michelle I can't believe I'll see you here"
"Me too, so why are you here?"
"Vacation, I came here with my brother but he went home already, how about you, what brings you here?"
"Oh, I have lived here, for almost 2 years I think"
"Woah I bet it's nice living here"

We talked and we talked nonstop that we didn't realize we'd been here in the cafe for 2 hours, so we decided to walk around.

"Oh, by the way, how's Irfan?" Michelle asked
"Oh, I think fine? I don't really know, we broke up already so.."
"Oh, sorry to hear that"
"It's fine," I said chuckling

"So how's life here in Switzerland?" I asked
"Peaceful," she said

We went silent for a moment there

I wanna ask a lot of things to her but I don't think it's the right time, we just met again after many years so..

"Where are you staying here?" Michelle asks
"Oh I rented an Airbnb here, you should visit some time"
"How long are you staying here?"
"It's my last week here in Switzerland"

Turns out, me and Michelle are neighbors here in Switzerland, I love how destiny works with us, I invited her to have dinner at my Airbnb and she happily said yes.

"What do you want to eat?" I asked her
"Anything"
"You don't have any allergies to foods right?"
"No, you can feed me anything," she said and we both laughed

While cooking our dinner, I realized how cute we are, I feel like a housewife right now cooking for the love of her life.

Dinner is served and she's testing the food I made

"Woah, Ann, this is very delicious"
"I'm glad you like it"

My heart is very happy right now, but I can't take the thoughts out of my head, what if she already has a girlfriend or boyfriend or maybe she likes someone else? I breathe deeply and ask her.

"So, Michelle, do you have a lover right now?"
