When Jiyong came back inside his flat, Dara remained in the position he left her - in front of the TV, mindlessly watching some reruns of a show.

He walked towards her and dropped the shopping bags beside her.

That caught her attention as she looked at them, then looked at him.

"What's this?" She asked as she turned off the TV.

"Your clothes." He answered as he sat down beside her on the couch, watching her every move.

She smiled as she checked what was inside the bag. She finds herself slowly cheering up. "That's very thoughtful of you. Who bought these?" She wondered as she picked up a cute pink shirt and then matching pink underwear which she quickly put back inside the bag, flustered.

He shrugged. "Doesn't matter." He answered as he played with her long locks.

She agreed as she faked a cough. She then checked the other clothes and was impressed by the high-quality clothes loaned to her. Blinking, she looked at him. "Are all these mines?"

He looked at her with a deadpan expression. 'Seriously?' Wasn't it obvious?

She only smiled at him as she put all the clothes back inside the bag. She finds herself in a better mood now as she stood up and walked towards the TV stand. She noticed the row of picture frames displayed there.

She picked up one of the frames. "I didn't know you put our picture here." She stated, talking about one of the pictures of her and Jiyong in one frame. It was taken at the time when she first heard she got her first lead role and to celebrate it she insisted she and Jiyong go to the mall.

Somewhere along the way, she also insisted a picture of them taken in one of those picture booths. She was smiling at the camera while he donned a bored look. He was forced by her to take that picture. They each got a copy. She snickered. Good times.

He also smiled at the memory as he remembered something too. "I also noticed my picture as your phone screensaver."

She cocked a brow at him. "If I remember it correctly it was you who set it that way."

He grinned at her. "You didn't change it."

She just rolled her eyes as she looked at the other picture frames displayed there. There was a solo picture of him with a guitar at -ONE, a group picture of BIGBANG, a picture of downtown Malcom in which she was sure was taken from his flat, a picture of a young woman who resembles Mrs. Kwon but she was sure wasn't the madame, and a picture of a man looking down playing a guitar.

She picked up the picture of the unknown woman first. "Who's this?" She couldn't help but ask.

Jiyong was fascinated watching Dara. "My older sister." He answered.

She widened her eyes. She didn't know he had a sister. She wanted to ask more like where his sister at but stopped herself. She only nodded as she put the picture back and she picked another frame. "And who's this?"

"My stepdad."

Her brows furrowed. Stepdad? This is not Mr. Yang, so this is probably Mrs. Kwon's second husband. So... "Where's your bio dad?" Again, she couldn't help but ask. There's no picture of another man in the rows of pictures that would tell her it's his father.

He sighed as he looked away. "Dead."

She gasped as she looked down. "I'm sorry." She said as she put the frame back on the table. Something in his voice tells her that he didn't want to talk further about his father, too. She then walked towards him and sat down beside him again. "I didn't know." She sighed at the words.

He smirked as he looked at her. "A lot of things about me that you don't know, Dara."

She bit her lips. "I know." 'And a lot of things about me I don't want you to know, too.' She wanted to add.

He reached for her hand and held it tightly. "Whenever you're ready, I'll tell you everything." He told her, seriously.

She nodded as she didn't speak again. Drowned in her thoughts of her parents, her mother's dying wish, or how she's giving up on life. She's just tired.

She was mindlessly caressing his rough hand as he gripped her hand tightly. She then traced the fine lines at the back of his hand it took her a while to realize what were those. She gasped inside, "You have lots of scars."

He contemplated before he enveloped her hand with his. "It's nothing." He whispered as he reached for her hair that fell on her face and tucked it behind her ear. He then smiled at her. "You know what, I know what we can do today other than you sulking here."

She tried to take her hand back but he didn't let her. She frowned at him. "I'm not sulking." She denied.

He laughed as he nodded. "Whatever."

She looked at him curiously. "What were you thinking though?" She asked him, expectantly.

He was amused as he stood up, bringing her with him. "I'll teach you how to drive."

She widened her eyes in excitement. "Really?"

He nodded as he winked at her. "Yep. So buckle up, baby."

She hit him in the shoulder. "Okay. Let me freshen up first, eat something, then we can go. I can't wait." She said, excitedly as she grabbed the shopping bags and ran towards the one she thought was the master bathroom.

He just shook his head. Just glad that she was speaking to him again and seemed to be in a better mood now.
