"Mi nuh have Damari number but mi need fi call him and mek him know seh dem just come fi bring her dung ah Mandeville hospital" I call into the phone.

This can not be real right now....how wi end up yasso?

"Calm dung! Weh unuh deh right now? Yuh hurt?" I call back into the phone, moving out of bed to put clothes on.

"Ah di club, and no mi alright ah just she him stab. Ambulance just come fi her" she replies, the tone of her voice letting me know she was crying.

"Alright alright, yuh need fi liff up from desson right now in case dem decide fi come back" I warn her.

I already downstairs at this point, searching around for my car key.

"Alright we a leave now, mi ago dung ah do hospital"

"Cool mi ah come dung deh right now, mi ago call Damari suh nuh worry bout dat"

I confirm that she's in her car and out of the parking lot before hanging up.

I immediately move to call Damari.

"Yo bro! Noelle just call and tell mi seh Gisselle just get stab, di ambulance just come fi carry her dung ah hospital" I say to him as soon as the call connect.

"Weh di fuck yuh just tell mi seh Spragga?"

Ah same way mi react when Noelle call mi.

"Yes bro ah waan fucked up situation dis stills but mi nuh have too much info except seh she alive and dem rush gone wid her"

I am out in the driveway now, moving toward my car and hopping in quickly.

He's silent for a bit, but I already know what he's thinking.

Damari and I are very similar in temperament, suh mi know weh him ah plan fi do already.

I hang up on him once I confirm he's on the way, moving to press my feel harder on the gas.

In no time, I find myself pulling into the hospital parking lot.

I scan around to try and spot Noelle's car, parking next to it.

I try and look through her windows, noticing that the car was empty.

Probably deh inside already...

I put the car in park, hopping out and closing the doors behind me before heading towards the hospital entrance.

I turn and lock eyes on Damari who was sprinting across the parking lot.
