She was the youngest child and daughter of Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard, Duchess of Norfolk Territory and Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Third, Duke of Lancaster Territory and she was born at Lancaster Manor, whereas her oldest sister, Lady Karissa Elizabeth was born at Norfolk Estate and her older brother, Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth was born at Westminster Manor.

She was born on July 4, 2350, and her mother and father were only 30 years old when she arrived to the joy of her parents.

When she was first born it appeared she would have her parent's brown hair, but as she grew her hair turned golden blonde and she had brown eyes, and Lady Victoria Elizabeth a promise to her great-grandfather, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third that she would name her second daughter after her paternal great-great-grandmother, Lady Susan Virginia Howard nee Bell.

Lady Victoria Elizabeth and Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Third first child and daughter, Lady Karissa Elizabeth, named for her maternal great-great-grandmother and maternal great-grandmother resembled her mother and father, and her older brother, Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth resemble his great-great-grandmother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard-Carey nee Lowell.

Lady Susan Virginia Howard at the age of 8 years old, was given the Dukedom of Lancaster by her older brother as he was Duke of Westminster Territory, and with the death of their great-grandfather, Lord Anthony Christopher Howard, the Dukedom of Lancaster Territory passed onto his great-grandson, Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth, but so did The Dukedom of Westminster Territory which passed to him on the death of his great-great-grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles Howard.

Lady Victoria Elizabeth designated her brother, Lord Frederick William Howard The fifth as her daughter's regent until she turned 18 years old.

Now like her great-great-grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, she was the leader of the pack on Star Base 12.
