Russia: "i dare you to hug Canada for 5 minutes." What the hell?!
UN: Russia, it's just a hug.
Russia: they're targeting me!! It's not fair!

*Russia walks to Canada*
Canada: what do you want? *Glares coldly*
*Russia hugs Canada, making Canada gasp*
Canada: w-what are you doing?!
Russia: I need to do this for five minutes...
Canada: i-i... *Looks at UN*
UN: *mouths* it's ok. *Thumbs up*
Canada: i-i... *Tears up and hugs Russia tightly*
Russia: wo wo wo are you ok?
Canada: *cries* I-I'm fine...
Russia: clearly you aren't. Now tell me, what's wrong?
Canada: I-i can't tell you...
Russia: look, I know we are enemies and you hate me-

Russia: if you ever need me and I'm not there, just take my hat, ok?
