You was standing in front of him, stuttering furiously and your face blushing brightly. 

"I-I-I'm sorry, that was stupid, that was way too fast, I should've—I-I should just go." you muttered, stepping backwards. You had just poured her soul out to him, and now he just stood there watching her, eyebrow raised, probably contemplating the illogic of her little speech. Of course he could never love her back, how could he? She had worked herself into a tizzy, gotten her hopes up, and now she was crushed. 

How could she ever ask him to love her back so abruptly, she barely knew him, and he'd never made any inclination that he wanted to pursue a romantic relationship with her. 


So how could he explain to her that he mirrored everything she felt in his own heart? how could he show her that her desperate declaration of love was not innapropriate, but returned? Could he break his shell of logic and disdain before it was too late?
