five burst into the bedroom as y/n read her book.

"what's wrong with you?" she asked, referring to his angry face.

"i got home an hour ago and you still haven't asked me if i wanted cuddles!" she laughed.

"okay. do you want cuddles, mr. hargreeves?" he nodded his head rapidly and jumped into her arms, her stroking his brown hair as he snuggled deeper into her chest.

"how was your day?" y/n asked.

"fine. i missed you though,"

"awe," she removed her hand from his head to grab her book but five grabbed it back and put it back in his hair.

"don't stop," he whined.

"okay," she smiled and continued massaging his scalp, occasionally pressing kisses to his head.

"i love you," he said before drifting off into the deep sleep that he needed.
