Chapter 1- Beginnings

So this is my first story on wattpad and I was inspired by reading so many stories here. My dream for this story is to get it on the whats hot list and I need you guys to vote and comment. I will read all of the comment whether they are good are bad……. And I will take any off your suggestions into consideration

Chapter 1

                                                       

This was it; I was finally at college. FINALLY getting to experience life with no parents, no brothers, and certainly no ex boyfriend problems.

This was a new start for me I could be whomever I wanted.

Sorry I am getting ahead of myself.  Hi, I’m Katherine but I prefer Kat. I’m ur average girl nothing special about me . I have long brown hair and  light brown eyes but sometimes in the sun my friend say they see a little red in it but I don’t see it so I take their word for it. Im 5’4  yeah I know what your thinking I short right …. Well I like to think of myself more *fun size*

Let me rewind a bit

****** FlashBack******

*This Morning*

“mom come on I don’t want to be late for orientation”

“ok ok im coming”

I blew the horn impatiently, as she walked out of the house.

“alright were going now” i shouted to my dad.

I gave my dad and my brother a hug and kissed them on their cheeks

My brother didn’t like that but I knew I wouldn't see him until summer

“you know I could have driven myself.. I not 7 im 17”

“I know sweety but I just want to made sure that your settled in and everything is ok”

I rolled my eyes but knew that this was hard for her to see me go

I looked out the window, feeling my eyes get heavier and the cars moving too fast for my brain to register the shape, eventually everything was black.

I felt so peaceful  I knew I should have went to sleep earlier but my excitement just kept me up.

5 Hours later

“wake up kat were here”

“mmmm… 5moreminutesmom”I mumbled

“an here I thought you were excited about going to college”

College ohh yeah my brain was starting to register things now

School

No parents

Wild parties

I lifted my head slowly, rubbing the sleep out of my eye

I took a step out of the car and to my left there was a crowd of people  with cameras and they were shouting something I could not make out

I watched as a saw a big guy push them away to let someone get by

“I wonder what that was about”

I hugged my mother kissed her on the cheek

“im going to be fine”

I looked at her an just saw the sadness in her eyes

She noddled

Went back in the car and left

I felt something wet and hot roll down my cheek

An i knew I would miss her more than I thought i would.

 When you read this first chapter you may not like it but if you conitnue reading it gets better.

So dont judge a book by its cover or in this case dont judge a book by its first chapter :)
