Chapter 22 - Undead

Time skip - 6 Months Later

STEFAN'S P.O.V

It's been six months since AlI died and at the beginning everyone became a wreck. Klaus, Rebekah and Caroline went on killing sprees, Elena, Bonnie, Matt, Tyler and the rest of us just grieved in our own way. I haven't seen David Or Jackson since. Well what I mean is ive seen Jackson around but he's either drowning his sorrows in alcohol or blaming himself for his sisters death. over time though a lot of us have been able to compose ourselves again. I was walking to the grill when we notice someone that we haven't seen in a while.

STEFAN - "Hey Damon?"

DAMON - "Yeah?" He says popping a crisp in his mouth

STEFAN - "Isn't that David? As in Addison david"

DAMON - "Yeah, what's he doing back?"

STEFAN - "I don't know"

DAMON - "I'm going to find out" he walks over to the cab David is getting out of

STEFAN - "Damon, Damon!!"

DAMON - "What?"

STEFAN - "Dont do anything stupid" he gives me a 'Trust me, I got this' look. We stop behind David

DAVID - "The Salvatore brothers, what a pleasant surprise"

DAMON - "Havent seen you since..."

DAVID - "Don't Damon"

STEFAN - "Where the hell have you been, we've tried contacting you and nothing"

DAVID - "I've been busy"

DAMON - "With what?"

DAVID - "I don't know..... Grieving my daughter, planning my daughter and wife's funerals, plotting revenge well I gotta go it was nice seeing you again" he tries to walk away but Damon grips his shoulder

STEFAN - "Damon stop"

DAVID - "Just remember Damon who I am who my family is and what we are capable of"

DAMON - "What family there's no one left" David snaps Damons neck and is about to put a stake through but I stop him.

STEFAN - "Wait please don't do this, this isn't what she would have wanted" He looks down at my brother before dropping the stake and turning to me

DAVID - "Your lucky I like you stefan" he turns away

STEFAN - "Wait.... Who are you getting revenge on?" He drops his bag on the floor zipping it open and holding a white oak stake right in front of my face.

DAVID - "The Mikaelson family"

STEFAN - "You can't kill them, if they die every vampire on their bloodline dies too Meaning every vampire in existance"

DAVID - "Klaus Mikaelson is the reason that she is dead and probably the reason on why my wife is dead, they are all monsters that deserve to have their lives taken away from them" "And I am going to make sure it happens even if it takes eternity but its okay, .... I can wait that long"

STEFAN - "Well sorry to disappoint you but they aren't here, they fled to New Orleans months ago"

DAVID - "Well then to New Orleans I go, nice chatting to you Stefan but I must be going and when he wakes up tell him that if he puts his hands on me or talks about my family like that again then he's going to wish I put him out of his misery" he gets back in the taxi heading to New Orleans.

ELIJAH'S P.O.V

Life hasn't been the same since the unfortunate Events that took place months ago. Our family hasn't been the same, Klaus and Rebekah have been on the rampage but have slowly began the healing process of The Addison Witchs death. I am currently in the library writing in my journal (SEEMS GIRLY BUT IN ACTUALITY ISNT), Kol is upstairs in his room....... With Caroline. Ever since Caroline turned off her humanity they have been all over each other. Rebekah Is out and Klaus is upstairs painting, he seems to be doinb that a lot now for the past few months and most of them have been of Aliana which I find quite disturbing seeming as he is drawing a dead girl but I guess this is how he is choosing to grieve. He doesn't know he's grieving but he is. Rebekah walks into the library slumping down on the chair

ELIJAH - "What's on your mind sister"

REBEKAH - "Wondering what the hell is next in my life brother"

ELIJAH - "Cheer up Rebekah, there are loads of things you can do in life just try and think positive"

REBEKAH - "Thankyou brother dearest, such kind words"

ELIJAH - "You turned your humanity back on After months"

REBEKAH - "Yes you finally realused, what took you so long Eli"

ELIJAH - "What made you flip it again something must have triggered it"

REBEKAH - "I just realised that Yes, Ali was my best friend, yes we were very close and I could trust her with anything but she's gone, she's in a better place now and I know she Wouldn't like that side of me"

ELIJAH - "I'm proud of you"

REBEKAH - "Thankyou" I hug her sighing in relief, one down two to go

"Aawww how sweet" We turn to see Caroline in Kol's top and shorts with Kol standing besides her in trousers and shirtless.

REBEKAH - "Shut it Caroline"

CAROLINE - "Your sat here grieving about a petty little girl who isn't even alive, I don't really care about her never did, she was kind of a bitch anyways"

REBEKAH - "Really Barbie vamp, I think you need to re evaluate your life Your being the bitch. She did everything for you and here you are bad mouthing her, what a selfish little bitch you are, I mean the only reason you won't turn the switch back on is because your too scared to handle your emotions with her dying"

CAROLINE - "that is not true"

REBEKAH - "Then do it, come on do it, she practically saved your life... DO IT!!!!!!"

"ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Klaus is standing at the bottom of the stairs staring at all of us

KLAUS - "Caroline get changed and out of my house now"

CAROLINE - "but-"

KLAUS - "Now!!!!!" She rushes up the stairs then out the door in seconds

KOL - "Dude I wasn't finished with her"

KLAUS - "I don't care, Stefan is on his way over"

ELIJAH - "Why?"

KLAUS - "I don't know he texted me saying to get the family together important meeting I'll be there in a few now shut up with the questions " just then a knock at the door interrupts us

KOL - "That must be our visitor" he opens the door "Whats this all about?" He shuts the door and Stefan barges in

STEFAN - "You guys need to leave Mystic Falls now"

REBEKAH - "Why would we do anything of the sort, we do not flee from anyone ..... Well not everyone" Klaus glares at her

STEFAN - "Alis father David is back and he is looking for you guys because he has white oak stakes and is planning on killing all of you"

KLAUS - "He has white oak stakes" Stefan nods

KOL - "That's good enough for me" he tries to rush out but I stop him

REBEKAH - "Why is he after us"

STEFAN - "He blames Klaus for Ali's death so hes taking away everyone and everything he cares for"

KLAUS - "Where is he now?"

STEFAN - "I told him all of you fled to New Orleans months ago" just then his phone beeped He read out

From David: You lied to me, they were in Mystic Falls all along, Im going to kill them all then rip your head off. I'm on my way back

ELIJAH - "We need to leave, Now!!" They are about to go pack their bags before someone kicks the door in

DAVID - "I've been waiting for this day for the past six months" he grins preparing for war.
