My dad went back to California last week, for our business. It's just me, mom, my brothers and their family. I already talked with the family about joining some of tito Bong's campaign.

But we have one agreement. I agreed on their terms that I will be bringing my bodyguards with me, whether I like it or not. I really don't like someone tailing me, but I have to agree or else I won't be joining at all.

Today would be the first day that I'll be going with them! We are in La Union. We'll be doing a caravan and the rally with tito of course, and the running mate of Tito, Mayor Sara. Mom's joining us, kuya Vinny, kuya Simon, kuya Matt, and also tita Imee. The other relatives are assigned in the different places.

I just finished doing my bathe. I'm wearing a red polo shirt with a white slacks and white shoes. I brought my sunglasses with me too and my water jug.

After dressing up, I went downstairs and saw them preparing the things we are bringing. Kuya Michael saw me first, when I reached him he kissed my temple and smiled at me.

"Ingat ka doon ha. Wag lalayo sa kanila," paalala nya sa akin. I nodded.

"Yes po, kuya." He smiled.

My brothers aren't here. Kuya Luis and his family went to ate Xandra's parents place. And kuya Alfy went somewhere with Andy.

I was talking with Mia and playing with her when my mom called me.

"Irenielle," tawag ni mommy.

Nilingon ko siya at tumango ng isang beses. Lumapit si mommy sa akin.

"Are you ready na?" tanong niya sa akin habang inaayos ang ang kwelyo ko.

"Yes, mommy. I brought my water jug," ngumiti ako sa kanya.

Marahan siyang tumango. "How about towel?"

"It's in my bag, mommy."

Ngumiti siya. Nag-antay na lang kaming matapos ang staffs sa mga dadalhin. Nakipag kwentuhan muna ako kay ate Cara habang nag-aantay na matapos sila.

Tinawag na ulit ako ni mommy para sabihin na aalis na kami. Tumayo na ako at nagpaalam na kay kuya Michael at ate Cara, at syempre si Mia.

Agad akong lumapit kila mommy at sumabay sa pagpasok sa sasakyan. Umalis na agad kami at pumunta na sa kung saan magsisimula ang caravan.

"Ellie, ingat sa pakikipag kamay sa mga tao ha. Baka masugatan ka," sabi ni tita Imee.

"I brought my fingerless gloves po, it reaches up to my elbow." ani ko.

"Ready'ng ready ah?" may pang-aasar sa tono ni kuya Simon.

I chuckled. "Naman!"

"Wear it na, malapit na tayo." sabi ni tito Bong.

I followed tito Bong's order. It's a color green gloves that matches the color theme of tito Bong's team. I brought one for mom too and gave it to her. She accepted it and wore it.

When we reached the spot, we went out of the car and greeted Mayor Sara. She looks so beautiful. They were doing a handshake with her and I stayed at the back, waiting for their introduction of me.

Nilingon ako ni tito Bong at iginiya palapit sa kanya.

"Mayor, ito nga pala ang bunsong anak ni Irene." pagpapakilala ni tito.

I offered my hands to her and she accepted it gladly. Naghiwalay ang mga kamay namin pagkatapos ng ilang segundo.

"I'm glad to meet you po, Mayor. I'm Maria Irenielle Celestiana, but you can call me Ellie po." sabi ko na nakangiti.
