I get called over to Betty's to watch this tape

"What- what is this?" Alice asks

"Fast forward" jug says she does
"It's literally six hours of our house" Betty says
"Why would somebody do that, film it and then leave the evidence on the front doorstep?" Alice asks

"To unsettle you" I say

"Let you know you're being watched" Charles says

"Yeah but why a videotape why something so anachronistic?" Jug asks

"Maybe it's just a prank" FP says

"If it was... it was an elaborate one" jug says

"Pranks are supposed to be funny not weird" I say

I received a tape as well if me and sweets trailer. Just like everyone in riverdale.

It was now Halloween time at school someone dressed up at the gargoyle king and the black hood before mr honey yelled at them.

"B you ok?" V asks

"I'm not going to lie I'm a little on edge this Halloween I mean people are dressed up like the black hood and the gargoyle king and there are those damn videotapes" Betty says

"Same, I'd be freaking out if I wasn't surrounded by a bunch of serpents honestly" I say

"I'm with you girls ever since our dad broke into the pembrooke I've been looking over my shoulder" v says

"Yeah there's that as well" I say

"Yeah and if the towns got a voyeur now.." v starts but Reggie walks in "what's up guy?" Reggie says "who wants to TP me honeys office with me tomorrow night?" He asks

"Reggie is senior year. We're seniors" Betty says

"Exactly it's senior year this is our last Halloween at riverdale high" Reg says

"I'm in Reggie" kev says

"Me to Reg" I say

"Huh?" Reg asks

"What? Kev? Ave? Why" Betty laughs

"Honey gave me a week's detention for going to the bathroom without a hall pass" kev says

"He gave me a week's detention for just him seeing me kiss sweets and it was only a peck" I say

"That's what I'm talking about" Reg says high fiving Kev and me

"Yo red I just got some distressing news you remember that crew that was working out of the arcade? Dodger and his boys? He's still pissed that he got beat up and jumped by..." mad dog starts and then looks around at us "that uh vigilante, they're planning on wilding Halloween night, looking to bust some heads." Mad dog says

"Damn it the kids in the neighborhood will be sitting ducks. We gotta do something" arch says

"Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Maybe keeping the center open later than usual." Mad dog says

"Why don't you guys host a Halloween party at the community center?" V asks "that'll keep the kids off the streets and out of harms way" v adds

"Yeah and they will be being kids and enjoying their Halloween even though I love to box it's Halloween guys let's throw a party" I say smiling

"And don't worry about costumes one of our gal pals in New York Katy keen she goes to the high school if the performing arts and is an amazing designer" v says

"Let us see what she can whip up for you two" I say

"Yeah sounds great" Archie says

Later that night I go to Archie's party dressed as cat women.

I see some guys walk in and I walk up to them as Archie and mad dog does

"Hey this is a private event" Archie says

"Really?" Dodger asks "cause the sign outside says it's open to the public" he adds

"It's not to you and your crew" I growl he looks at me and smiles checking me out

"Do I know you?" He asks Archie

"Well I know that one" he says and whistles at a boy "Eddie, you didn't tell me you were taking the night off who's handling business out there while you're in here having a good time time is money come on let's go" dodger asks

I step in front of Archie "get the fuck out and never speak to Eddie or any of the kids ever again you predator" I growls As he try's to move past us

"He's not going anywhere with you" Archie says

"Oh yeah what are you gonna do? Captain spandex" He asks one of his dudes grabs me while dodger pushes Archie

Mad dog gets into his face "I heard you got your ass kicked not too long ago if you'd like a repeat I'll happily oblige, let my friend go then leave this is private property" mad dog says

"Be seeing you boys" dodger says and then nods at his friend who drops me "you too Eddie" dodger yells as Archie takes Eddie away I go and stand next to mad dog

They leave "come on let's get back to the party you ok?" Mad dog asks me "yeah" I say as we walk back

Later we head outside "hey" Archie yells "I told you to get out of here" he says

"Nah it doesn't work that way that crap gym of yours might be private property but this lot isn't" dodger says and spits at us

"That's it in calling FP, oh I hope you might wanna know dodger, I'm a deputy and a serpent so me and the sheriff are super close" I say

"Hold on Avery, I'm done playing" Archie says and starts to walk up to them

"Yeah you do that son come here and get your ass shot" he says holding his shirt up so we see his gun in his pants "that would make our Halloween right boys leave your girl here unattended" dodger laughs

That's when Archie called FP but he didn't answer

"What do we do in the mean time?" Mad dog asks

"We keep the party going as late as we have to" arch says

We check everywhere making sure everything is secure when Archie gets a call.

FP is here but we see Eddie is missing. We hear a gunfire

We run out to see Eddie on the ground

"Eddie!" Me and Archie yell

I push on his gun shot and hold pressure

The next day Archie went to the hospital to sit with Eddie after his surgery. I went to Cheryl's and took a shower there and then went home to get some sleep.
