If, you paid attention during Doctor Who, Season Five in the episode Amy's Choice, you would've seen this.
The driver that the Doctor saves from the old-man-eyeball-thing with the red van, was played by David Tennant. You can't see it very well, he mainly appears in the corner of the camera but, from what I can tell, it's him or a really good look alike.
