"We had never thought that Sumedh will get married" Siddharth was standing whilst glass in his hand was raised "Itne saalose hum usko jante hai.. Kisise bhi aap log pucch lo sab yahi kahenge.. Everyone was shocked when he was married"

Sumedh and Suhani looked at each other and chuckled. They were celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary. All their friends and family members were present. They were sitting around a long dinner table whilst everyone took turn to raise a toast for the lovely couple.

"Honestly.. When me and Sumedh first met, I thought that he's very arrogant.. And I wasn't wrong.. He was very arrogant" Sayali said "But then I got to know him.. And I confirmed my diagnosis. He indeed was arrogant"

Everyone laughed. Sumedh made a poker face "Isko hatao yar. Yeh kuch accha nahi bol sakti mere bareme"

"Until" Sayali continued "Until he met Suhani.. I've been with him on every step of his romantic adventure. How he worked very hard on himself to make himself worthy of such a sweet girl like Suhani.. And I also wanna appreciate Suhani for clearly recognising his pure heart. You guys are made for each other. Tum dono ko dekh ke sach me lagta hai ki bhagwan jodiya banata hai. Happy anniversary"

Sumedh and Suhani smiled.

"Also.. Our lovely couple took two years to end their honeymoon period that's why we are directly celebrating their second anniversary" Shantanu said "For their first, before anyone could say anything, these two flew somewhere and isolated themselves"

Suhani widened her eyes and blushed.

"That wasn't planned. We just decided to go" Sumedh defended.

"That's what I was saying brother. You didn't want anyone else in your celebration.. We get it" Shantanu said.

"Guysss" Sayali stood up again "We have an announcement"

"Sayali are you getting married?" Sonali asked.

"No. Sonali you know what I am about to announce" Sayali said "So.. After being a success for consecutive five years.. Our serial is gonna end. It's going off air"

Everyone cheered.

"Itni khush hone wali baat hai kya yeh?" Sumedh asked.

"Ahh" Suhani said "What a relief"

"Umm.. Sayali.. Congratulations" Siddharth cleared his throat "Sumedh ki jaan chhut jayegi tumse"

Everyone laughed. Sumedh and Siddharth gave a hi five to each other.

"Sayali Congratulations" Saanvi said "All the best for your future"

"Thank you" Sayali smiled.

"Suhani.. Sumedh toh hamesha tumhare bareme baat karta hai.. This time you say something about him" Sonali insisted.

Suhani stood up. She caught Sumedh's hand and looked at him.

"I was always an arrange marriage type of girl. I never had any boyfriend or even a male friend to be honest. Sumedh was exactly opposite of me. He had so many girlfriends and when we met for an arranged marriage he honestly told me about it" Suhani said "I wanted someone who'll love me unconditionally. I had expectations of unicorn and rainbows. Sumedh really cared about my dreams and expectations. I am so grateful that he's such a great husband.. He loves me.. He cares for me.. Whenever we argue or fight about something he always comes to apologise. I had never thought that someone would love me so much. He does.. Thank you for everything "

Suhani's eyes were moist. Everyone went aww after seeing her getting emotional. Sumedh stood up and hugged her.
