Spencer woke up that morning to the smell of bacon and pancakes, he looked to the other side of his bed and found JJ not to be there. Throwing off the blankets Spencer climbed out of bed to join his girlfriend in the kitchen. "Good morning." He yawned as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"You ruined your surprise." JJ sighed as she flipped the pancake. "But happy birthday." She smiled as she turned in his arms to kiss him. It was the day, his birthday, his eighteenth birthday! And JJ couldn't be more happy she had the entire day all sorted out perfectly.
Spencer pulled her closer to him and kissed her neck soothingly. "It's always a happy day when I'm around you." He grinned.
JJ let out a laugh before pulling away and grabbing the plate from the counter and adding the last pancake to the stack. "Eat up, you'll need your energy."
