The hawks began shaking their heads walking away to the changing rooms
I sat up and felt my face
There was a cut below my eye
And blood was dripping down my face.
I looked at mcghill who had looked back at me
I had given him a black eye
He gave me a look that ment

"are you okay son? "coach said as he helped me up
"just peachy" i said as I wiped the blood from my face

When the hawks came back on the ice once they had changed
Coach got us straight away into an exercise doing laps
"Stay low and keep your knees bent were going to be here all day long for all I care COME ON! " coach shouted
I had just cleared the goal when I heard chuckling behind me i turned to see mcghill laughing
Suddenly he hooked my leg and i stumbled
Receiving shouts from the others
"ha ha ha!"i heard mcghill laugh
"hey cut the act get focused banks!!! "shouted coach
I shook my head
If this was my first day how was a week going to be like!!
I missed the ducks
