I opened my eyes and stretched as the sunlight came through my windows it was 8 o'clock and I got out of bed to have a shower when I got out I grabbed a white long sleeve shirt with blue collar and sleeves and my black jeans and put them on then I grabbed my phone and texted charlie

Adam:hi I need to speak with u plz
Charlie :hi I'm cinda busy can u tell me at practice
Adam :ok sure what time
Charlie :at half 10 is that ok?
Adam :yeah if I can get past my dad :-(
Charlie :ha ha see you later cake eater

I slid my phone into my bag and went downstairs to have some breakfast.
I walked into the kitchen to see my dad eating toast reading a newsletter.
"What are you reading dad? "i said as I sat at the table and started to eat some cereals.
My dad coughed and made eye contact with my mum then he looked at me then he folded up the newsletter and put it in his pocket then he folded his arms to his chest and gave a stern look.
"it was about the rising cases of vandalism in our area"
"Mhmh"i mumbled my mouth full of cereals
"would do you know anything about it Adam? "no"i said I gave him a confused look as I looked up from my bowl
"well do your little duck friend's know? "he said
"What is that suppost to mean? "i said
then it hit me
"YOU THINK IT WAS THEM!!"i shouted as I stood up and slammed my hands on the table
"NOW LISTEN HERE SON YOU ARE NOT TO GO OUT AND SEE THEM AGAIN LOOK HOW YOUR ACTING THEY'VE TURNED YOU RECKLESS AND SUBORDINATE!!!! "
He shouted as he stood up
"DAD YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AS RICH AS US DOESN'T MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THEM!!!"
I started to walk out
"ADAM COME BACK HERE"he shouted from the kitchen
"NO DAD YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THEY ARE MY TEAM THEY ARE GOOD PLAYERS AND GOOD FRIENDS BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW THAT BECAUSE YOU NEVER BOTHER TO MEET THEM OR EVEN COME TO MY GAMES TO SUPPORT ME!!!"
I walked out my house with my stick and hockey gear I put my roller skates on and skated to the lake
I let the wind blow away all the thoughts about my dad and just concentrated on skating

When I came up to the lake I saw coach talking to the team
"hey everyone"i said as I stated up to charlie megan and jesse.
"hiya cakie"said megan
"cake eater my man!"said jesse
" hi banks"said charlie
Charlie was wearing worn down jeans with a mighty ducks jacket and a backwards cap on his head
Megan was wearing very light blue jeans with a pullover which said no 1 player with diamonds sown into the sleeves and jesse was wearing a black jumper and dark blue jeans folded at the bottom.
They all had roller skates on.
"guys I have to tell you something... "
I told them everything that had happened with the mystery girl and when I had finished u saw megan had a little smirk tugging at her lips
"What? "i asked
She smiled
"cake boy is in llluuurrvvveee "she screamed out laughing
She was crying now
"did your cinderella leave a shoe!!! "
I blushed as they laughed at me
"ha ha good one "said jesse spudding megan
"oh shut up megatron "
I snapped annoyed at how easily I was blushing
"but I'm serious guys I want to know of she is ok " i said
"hey banks why don't you go over to her house and see if she is ok?"
Said charlie with a shrug
"ok"i said "maybe I will"
