9: cold brew

finally it was sunday and at 10:59 exact taehyung stood next to the fountain where Jungkook told him to go. He was right in time.

Now he just had to see where Jungkook was. The older said he would be on time today. He had one minute left. Taehyung was feeling nervous and excited at the thought of this actually being a date with the handsome writer.

"On time" A voice said in taehyungs ear making the boy flinch and hold back. With shocked eyes he looked at Jungkook who grinned at him amused.

"dont scare me like that" taehyung said rubbing his heart.

"hmm" The writer hummed and stepped next to taehyung. "so as im right on time. How about we get right to the lunch?"

"sure" Taehyung smiled and blushed when Jungkook's hand brushed by his as the raven walked past him. The little touch left a tingling feeling on his skin. He gently rubbed his hand smiling.

The two headed once again together into a restaurant. Jungkook pulled back Taehyungs seat like a gentleman, it made taehyung smile and give Jungkook some mental bonus points.

"You can get whatever you want, i will pay." Jungkook said to avoid any confusion about the bill after this lunch. he was the one taking Taehyung on a date. so he will pay. 

"okay, then let me see if i can find anything" Taehyung said. he told himself not to be a nervous and shy baby so he was acting a bit more casual. Even if inside he felt all bubbly.

They chose their order and told then to a waiter who nodded and said it will be done shortly. Jungkook had asked Taehyung o tell more about his painting hobby.Jungkook stared at taehyung who was talking about his painting. The writer smiled, this cute bartender was definitely into him. It was obvious. Jungkook chuckled as he sat back with that thought.

"So you want to grow in it? like to a professional level?"

"well i love my cafe job, but i also want to earn money with my painting yes. i dont plan on quitting my job anytime soon since i really enjoy it" Taehyung said.

"thats nice, im sure you can do it" 

"oh i took some pictures, if you still want to see" taehyung said Jungkook nodded and leaned forward looking at the boy's phone. 

"i like the art on the left but the work of art on the right is even more beautiful" Jungkook said with a grin as he zoomed into Taehyung on the photo. 

"a-ah well...thank you" taehyung said blushing and quickly pulled his phone back to make jungkook stop zooming into his face.

"hey i was looking"

"enough looking then" 

"hmm, i can still see it" jungkook said and leaned back staring at taehyung like he was the art.

"no you ca-aish stop, dont make me get shy" taehyung said realising what the raven meant.

"what, im just looking"
