Sorry, been so sick. Back to normal programming na :)

"Happy Anniversary Darling!"

"Wow Yeobu, hindi ka busy no?"

"Nope, when it comes to you."

"Kikiligin na ba dapat ako?"

Akim's face changed.

"Joke lang. When is Myelle's party?"

"The day after tomorrow."

I nodded. I giggled with the memory of the day we got official.

"What seemed funny?"

"Nothing."

"Nothing?"

"Nothing! Let's buy Myelle a gift. Maybe later?"

Akim nodded I smiled at him and tighten my grip on his hand. We've been together for a year and everything's doing well. Sure nag-aaway kami kasi napakakulit ni Akim. When he wants something, he'll do everything to get it. Minsan mainitin din ang ulo nya na madalas kailangan kong pagpasensyahan.

And maybe that's part of love that I never knew before. Well, we can't be perfect at natanggap ko na iyon na si Akim at ako. Well, he had fair shares of what he endures with my attitude.

"I need you baby if it's quite alright

I need you baby to warm a lonely night
I love you baby
Trust in me when I say, "OK."
Oh, pretty baby, "Don't let me down," I pray
Oh, pretty baby, now that I found you, stay

And let me love you, oh, baby, let me love you, oh, baby"

"Yeobu, you'll ruin your throat with that."

"Why?

"Aren't you singing too much?"

"Darling not because you can't recognize tones, I am singing too much."

I punched his shoulders and he just laughed.

What's funny about him is he loves to sing even he has an unruled voice. And I just laugh it out. I'd just accept his remark because even with an unruled voice he at least can recognize tones unlike me who's so terrible with music. He's just actually brutally honest.

Akim was so loved by my mother while my grandfather's not totally happy but atleast he accepted that we are dating. I'm just hoping that my grandfather would love Akim too. Hindi man sya mabait, mabuti naman syang tao.

"Saan tayo?"

"Secret."

"Akim!"

Akim smiled.

"Sumama ka na lang kasi. You trusted me so much back when you even don't know my name, tapos ngayong mahal na mahal mo na ako tanong ka ng tanong?"

I rolled my eyes.

"Saan to?"

"This is my mom's rest house."

"Resthouse?"

Akim nodded.

"Ang ganda ha."

"The two other houses there, sa best friends yan ni Mommy."

"Best friends?"

"Yeah."

I smiled.

"So what are we doing here?"
