I sprinted to my wardrobe, pulling out some random clothes, which consisted of a purple top and some white shorts. Dressing up as fast as I could, I made my way to the door and then stopped mid step.

Damon’s a vampire.

Mom said he’s come to visit me.

He’s waiting for me.

I just had a dream about him.

Fuck the Flying foxes!

He got invitation to my house!

Shit! Mom isn’t even on vervain!

That was all I needed to run down the stairs.

As soon as I reached downstairs, I ran into mom.

“Whoa!”She said, her hands shooting out to support me.

“Calm your horses!”She said, smiling.

“MOM-“

“I dint!”She said, laughing.

I gave her a look which was a mix of confusion and frenzy.

Has she lost it?

“Didn’t what?”I asked, cautiously.

“She didn’t invite me IN!”Damon’s voice came from the general direction of my front door.

And I couldn’t help it!

I smiled

A huge one!

I skipped to the door.

Damon frowned.

“Hiya!”I greeted him, stepping out.

“Hi yourself” Damon said, but I could see he was pissed.

He turned back around and started walking towards his car, since he hadn't said anything yet,I followed him.

"Damon"I called out.

"Yes?"He replied tersely, not turning back, now only a few feet away from the car.

"What's wrong?"

He started walking and got in the car, pulling down the windows he called out to me,"Get in!"

I rolled my eyes but got in none the less.

Again he stared driving like a maniac,we were out of Mystic Falls in less than half and hour.

I sighed,"What is your problem Damon?!"

"My problem?"He burst out!,"You won't fucking tell me your relation to Katherine!"

"There IS no relation!"I shouted back.

"No relation!"Damon scoffed.

Well yeah that was a lie,but I promised Kat I'l have her back.

My hands involuntarily went to grip the vervain pendent Kat had given me.

Damon saw it.

"That's not yours"He said, looking at it more closely.

"Of course it is!"I said,WTF?

Damon narrowed his eyes at me,"It's not"

I   eyes, not bothering to reply him I looked out the window, this road was familiar.

"Where did you get it from?"Damon asked, still not satisfied!

"I bought it"I said.

"From where?"Damon asked, disbelief clear in his voice,"The old shop down the street?!"

"Well,Yes!"I said defiantly.

Damon stopped the car.

He turned around in his seat to look at me square in the eye.

"THAT!is the pendent I gifted Katherine!"He said.

My eyes widened,he's bluffing right?

"Yeah right!"I scoffed.

"It has a small 'D' engraved bellow it"He said.

I flipped over the pendent and gasped, there was!

A beautiful 'D' carved below it in silver lining.

Shit!

"Now,"Damon said, his voice easy," Tell me where  you got it from?"

I looked out the window.

"I found it in your garden"I said.

Damon let out a frustrated sigh.

"What is you bloody problem Girl!"

His words sliced deep into me.

What was my problem?

Him!

That's what!

I shook my head and got out of the car,as fast as possible.

Damon followed, but before he could say one word,my phone rang.

KLAUS CALLING

"Holy crap"I muttered picking it up.

Damon stopped mid-step.

"Hello ,Love"Klalus voice came from the other side.

"Hey Klaus"I said cautiously, looking at Damon.

His eyes widened a teensy bit hearing Klaus's name, but he kept quite none the less.

"I thought we were going to meet?"

Oh fuck!Yeah!

"Shit!"I said,"I'l be there in 10 minutes Klaus!"

Klaus hung up and I looked up at Damon.

"You know him too?"He asked, turning back to his car.

"That's none of your business Damon"I said and stared walking off in the other direction.

"Violet!"Damon called from the driver's  seat, but I was already up in the air and flying towards Klaus's mansion.
