I watched y/n as she slept comfortably on my arm next to me . It's currently 5 am and almost time for us to start our day . Even in quarantine we have a busy schedule . She moved slightly coming closer to me and burying her face into my neck and cooing a little .
The sun was rising a little so the little red rays of light came through the window and hit our skin . She was already glowing and the sun wasn't even fully up . Her bonnet was coming slightly off her head and the scarf that was supposed to secure it was unraveled and hanging of the bed . I laughed quietly and ran my fingers down her arm .
Y/N moved a little and I could tell she was waking up . I started to kiss her face and mutter pretty things to her . "I love you" , "good morning beautiful" , "you're so amazing" . She finally stretched and opened her eyes . "Hi , good morning to you too and I love you more" .. she said with a smile before getting out of bed . I hopped up quickly because I know when she does that she gets dizzy and loses her balance . (Me asf😂)
Sure enough she almost fell but I was there to catch her . "You have got to stop doing that because one day you're gonna hurt yourself" I said and I held her up until she was fully stable enough to be on her feet . "Well now I only do it because I like when you catch me , it's like one of those dramatic scenes in a Kdrama" she spoke and I laughed .
"Whatever weirdo , I'm going to shower and then I'll meet you in the kitchen to help with breakfast" I said and she scoffed . "This is why you should take your showers at night time like I do because you take all day in the shower and by the time you're done I'll be done with breakfast and eating it" she said before walking out of the room .

I walked downstairs in my sweats and hoodie .. my long hair just loose and curly due to the fact I didn't feel like doing anything to it . Y/N likes it like that anyways . As I got closer to the kitchen I heard her playing music , the song that was currently going off was my song 'stars fall on you' . "Oh shit , I missed it" I said as I finally entered the kitchen . Y/N turned to me and laughed while nodding .
"I waited for you . So anyways um how about you make the eggs and bacon .. I'll make the pancakes and grits" she said and i nodded . Suddenly 'coffee' by Miguel started to play . That was our song .. like our go to ultimate vibe song . Y/N looked at me as we both started singing and mixing the contents of our breakfast to be cooked .
"I wish I could paint our love , these moments and vibrant hues" we sang . Our voices were perfect together .. as we know and have been told by others . We continued to make the breakfast and danced around singing with each other . I accidentally bumped y/n and made her put more pancake mix into the skillet than she intended to .
We laughed and she said "look at what you did , now you're eating that pancake, look it's as big as your head" she joked and i playfully brought my hand up to my chest as if I was offended . While everything was cooking I grabbed her by her waist bringing her close to me and dancing with the song .
The sunlight shown through the window in the kitchen and the door to our patio . She stood there in an oversized hoodie and her curls were now out and falling down her back . Her skin was glowing , her smile was big and pretty .. she smelled so good .
Damn . I really love this girl . I kissed her lips softly but lovingly as the song sang in the background . Soon the food was done and we sat at the table as the songs were ending and starting new ones . To our surprise coffee came on again and we laughed about that .
Y/N put syrup on her pancakes and then handed it to me . But she stared at it for a while before actually letting it go . She made the face and I knew she was gonna say her usual stupid thing for the day . "What if I poured the syrup all over you and then ate you like a pancake" I just rolled my eyes and laughed at her for the thousandth time this morning .
I looked at her as she scrolled on her tablet I'm guessing checking her blog before she uploads it . "y/n I love you so much" I said and she looked up at me , her face sticky like a child from the syrup . "I love you moreee" she cooed and I literally fell out of my chair from laughing at her face .
"Coffee in the morning , I don't wanna wake you .. I just wanna watch you sleep ,, it's the smell of your hair .. and it's the way that we feel .. I've never felt comfortable .. like this"
