The Artist's Tower's Eye has opened once again after a decade. It's more powerful than before, thanks to an employee of the company, someone we call Torch. A college student in the city of Inanimatica named Inkwell, lost both of their friends because of this apocalypse that the Eye has caused. It is now their mission to save Inanimatica, close the eye once and for all. But, the Eye, synchronizes memories...

This would be electricity manipulation. Water and electricity doesn't mix well, especially with Lightbulb. As she cannot touch water without her electricity coursing through it. One day, Lightbulb accidentally gets water on herself and "dried" her hands off, not knowing that she didn't get it all off. And she had went to go meet her friends in the living room, and a fatal accident happens...
