He retires but when he turns seventeen, he is injected with a chemical called double as an experiment for Brian Crave. Ian realizes he has the power to make clones of himself and that he should use them to protect the city of Harbor City. He can't be the hero he used to be and must kill to achieve this in order to protect his city. He becomes the vigilante Captain Multi, and he sets his sights on Tony Mondollo, but Mondollo isn't the only threat who is going to want him dead.All Rights Reserved
