The discovery of Immunes founded WICKED; an organisation dedicated to find a cure to The Flare. All the kids taken there had a meaning, a purpose. There was only one group whose purpose was different from the rest.

Group S had nothing to do with the cure and everything to do with the alternative to the lack of one. Unknowingly and unwillingly, the kids assigned to the experiment were worlds apart from the Maze Trials Subjects. 

They were mindless soldiers.

Just saying :) --- I don't own most of the characters, or WICKED, or anything from the original book/movie. This is my version of Newt's backstory, in which he's originally called James. It largely clashes with the fever code, as it was written before it came out, so you don't need to tell me that. Anyway. Hope you enjoy.

What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...)
