Trinity Taylor is a small-town nobody. She is content and comfortable with that. Then lawyer Daniel Conroy informs her that she has been named a beneficiary of the estate of the late Alana Tarn. But Daniel refuses to listen, leaving her with nothing but an envelope, stamped 'Confidential' and an airline ticket to Los Angeles.
