There were other games in the yellow-couch room. There was the sun game where you counted the smeary ceiling suns and the redwall game where you could kick and punch the soft red wall. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar - the bane of many a writer's existence. They're so basic and so complicated, and they can make the difference between a good story and a great story. Why do there have to be so many rules? Why are there so many exceptions to the rules? Why do we even care? Answers: English is weird. And we are writers. In this book, I will attempt to demystify the mystifying and share what I've learned about this often painful subject, along with other tips and tricks I've picked up along my writing journey.
