A perplexity he sees within in his neighboring inmate, who he knows is hiding something. Will this mystery prevent him from fulfilling his mission? Kate Monroe. Her mission is information retrieval, figuring out what the Gotham rouges are planning for the Summit. In an effort to help Batman and Nightwing , Kate Monroe goes undercover at Arkham as an inmate. Will her sanity and will be strong enough to complete the mission, or will she get side tracked by neighboring inmate's delusional game.

ATTENTION: If you haven't watched the show Gotham you probably won't understand this story. But if you're interested in reading, then do proceed! It has been a decade since Bruce Wayne left Gotham and now he's back. Yet, this man dressed up like a Bat is in Gotham as well, as strange as it is, this man seems to want to help Commissioner James Gordon and the GCPD. Question is, who is this man? Is he actually trying to help or is he planning to take over Gotham City underworld who is currently being ran by Oswald Cobblepot and Edward Nygma? Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne tries to turn Selina Kyle back into the woman she was before he left. Since he left, Selina has had nobody and has been stealing Gothams most valuable items, and now that Bruce is back, can she change her ways? A change has been made, Jarome Valeska never died twice, instead he kills his twin brother Jeremiah and somehow becomes more calculated with his attacks and has been obsessed with Bruce Wayne. But what about this new Bat Character who stopped him from killing Jim Gordon's daughter, Barbara Lee? Does he want to kill this new character?

Sam is taken to Gotham City and finds that she's famous.

Skylar is a Bat-comic collector but always gets bullied for it. But little did she know that a great adventure was just around the corner! And to think it all started with comics... I do NOT own these chatacters! All characters EXEPT for Skylar, Mark,Joy,Mr, Shag, and Kyle. Other than that, everything belong to DC comics.

Hopefully this is good, I don't know.. I will take requests, if you want to place a request then either inbox me or comment an idea, I'm slow and busy but will try to get it done within a week :)

Ed has always had an eye out for Penguin, the second he came into the GCPD. After He found Oswald in the woods, injured and dying. Taking care of the poor bird, changed him. He was in love. Oswald fell for him. Eventually, Edward wants Oswald only for himself. He wants him to answer to Ed, and only Ed. Oswald doesn't like to be controlled, Ed loves to control. Please read first chapter for trigger/content warning There will be time skips throughout the book, mainly when Penguin's in Arkham, and when Ed's in Arkham. DISCLAIMER Overly obessive and psychotic behavior in REAL life, should not be romantizied. It's just a book. If you see this behavior in a significant other. Don't stay. Annie, a normal girl with terrible past is impressed by one of Gotham's most dangerous villains-The Riddler. Soon after she decides to become his partner in crime. After that, a terrible accident happens and the girl is now a hero. Follow her all the way around.

what makes a police officer finally crack? She works within the Gotham City Police Department and with criminals in the darkness, many things can go from a normal day to a tragic and fatal day. The female tracks down all criminals and has a reputation of arresting them all when they are wanted. But crime and the criminals get the best of her as she goes home. And she goes missing, until she arrives at arkham.

I'm going to find pictures on Google to base them off for the first few chapters until someone gives me ships or ideas to do for this. I've never done one shot so bare with me please!
