But when he and Jeremy accidentally chase a butterfly in Spooky Woods, and get snatched up by wyverns and taken to the one place Jeremy thought that he would never see again - icrostrich!, it's up to Jeremy to make a daring escape to help him, Clyde and some others out of icrostrich and lead his friends to the legendary Guardians of Leaguegend in hopes of saving others who are in danger as well as avoiding their enemies old and new.

One day, he found a pony who needed help in the middle of the streets. He helped and twilight offered to be friends. He accepted her friend request and later in the story, he falls in love with her. They both get each other's phone numbers. Twilight really wanted Mordecai to come over for three days, so he did. During this hangout, Twilight discovers she might be in love with Mordecai. The beer got to her and that's how she might've noticed, she denies it, though. Things get awkward, with all the friend-zoning. Everyone thinks they're a couple. Mordecai just out of a relationship.
