Orphaned punk 16 year old Phil Lester is always getting himself in trouble. When he gets arrested for a crime he didn't commit, the home decides it's time to find him a part-time job to keep him in the right. While working at a flower shop, he meets Dan, a 16 year old with a perfect life, perfect manners and a perfect personality. Phil hates him, but there's more to Dan than Phil first sees.

Dan is a pastel, and Phil a punk. Phil has moved from god knows where, and Dan is a harassed kid looking for affection. But in the end will they be stable?

Dan Howell: A boy who loves to wear anything pastel colored. He always just kinda assumed he was straight, until he met Phil Lester. Phil Lester: A boy who wears all black and loves to wear band T-Shirts as well, as long as they aren't too colorful. He never knew you could feel such strong feelings towards a person, until he meets Dan Howell.

Pastel Dan and Phil the high class rebel go head to head in there web of troubles to try and find out who they really are and what they have been missing all their lives.

Dan is a neko. He was born in an adoption shelter for nekos and hybrids. When he was 5 years old her was adopted and taken from his mother. The couple that adopted him were a mean rich couple that abused and starved him. But when Dan is 18, his owners put him back in the shelter where a kind boy named phil adopts the bruised and beaten neko.

Dan Howell is a 14 year old pastel boy that gets bullied in school, but he keeps his head high and doesn't let them get under his skin. He wears his flower crowns and pastel jumpers proudly, and will never stop wearing them in the gray country he lives in. He is very happy and perky if you get to know him, but no one does. It's just him and his mother, and that's how he likes it. Phil Lester on the other hand is a 18 year old punk that wants nothing to do with anyone. He's at the top of he food chain in school. Everyone fears him. He has tones of tattoos and pearcings. He looks all big and bad, but somewhere deep inside himself there's a child looking for someone to play with. His parents are never home. They're always on business trips, and he only gets to see them once a month, maybe less. Not like he cares. They aren't proud of him, they don't pay any attention to him when they come home, and he wouldn't want it any other way. What happens when this puck decides to stand up for this flower boy?
