Coming to terms with the parts of yourself that you would rather not admit exist, is not always an easy endeavour. After years of being self destructive, angry and feeling out of control, a young woman hopes that through therapy, she will gain control of her other selves in order to restore peace and continuity in her life. Her other selves are personified emotions. Anger, guilt, sadness, and frustration among others, have taken on a life of their own inside her subconscious and until recently, had been living along side her undetected and influencing her behaviour in a grave manner.

Peyton's life is not too different than her peers... except for one thing. She's a triplet. Her two brothers appear to know her better than anyone else, even herself at times. Seemingly indifferent towards the fact of having two brothers, it isn't until Peyton goes through some of the most arduous events in her life that she truly begins to appreciate the two that have always been by her side.
