Running through mountain street courses he gained reputation by showing a remarkable and outstanding performance that attracted famous racing teams in the underground scenes. This lead to Moon's journey in competitive battle in underground racing scenes and meeting people who would eventually help him organize a professional street racing club. The story contains the knowledge in street racing filled with drama in how the development of various characters progress through out the story.

The country is a huge sized community, as big as a good funcional city, with thousands of habitants, amazingly camouflaged and impossible to detect from the outside, thanks to all the advanced technology used to protect it. While it has an unknown location, on the inside they have grown and developed fairly, having more than the necessary supplies to live great lives, after the apocalypse turned Earth into what it was. They had fields of cultivation and farms, oil and water sources, special forces departments, scientific research departments, hospitals and health posts, recruitment compounds, and even small business like restaurants and bars. In the country everyone felt like there was never an apocalypse. The younger ones do not even recall it. However... It does require a huge effort from huge teams. It requires a lot of teamwork. There are weekly council meetings. There are studies and strategies. There are teams surrounding their area. There are teams investigating other communities. They have created a big database on possible recruiters. They find people and study them by detail before going to them for recruitment. They want to make sure every single person they allow in the country will not risk everything they created.
