A story of two lovers - Jack Kelly and Davey Jacobs. Davey is new to their school and Pulitzer wants his help. Jack is determined to take down Pulitzer. I am really rubbish at writing a summary especially when I don't even have a story idea yet :)

In Direct response to @JaveyandDebuts I have formulated my own Newsies High School AU. Complete with toxic parents, cigarettes (American and British), autism, and a past incident at Medda's theater. Basically every character is struggling with something. Just... bear with me. Oh also it's told from multiple first-person points of view if you're into that kinda thing. Enjoy? I guess? I'll put more specific content warnings in chapters in which they appear but the general ones to worry about are smoking (thank you Race), emotional incest, parentification, abuse, and self harm... there might be more we'll see.

In a magical fairy tale world, two well-meaning parents-to-be upset a witch, who proceeds to curse every child they ever have. They end up with a monstrously ugly daughter, a son scheduled to go into a deep sleep on his 15th birthday, and a baby who gets turned into a tadpole. The only way the older children can be cured is through true love, so they naturally think the same for their younger brother, but they don't know for sure. This is a Newsies fanfiction. I don't own Newsies or its characters. In case it wasn't clear I'm trying my hand at Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, and Frog Prince stories.

David Jacobs has always been the type of guy to stick to the path. That is 'till a delivery truck throws a massive fork in the road. His dad is put out of commission and fired by his job, and so David has no choice but to become a newsboy to feed the family. Enter Jack Kelly, a cocky guy who is just the type to get on David's nerves. Despite his... personality... David finds that he doesn't hate Jack all that much. He's kind to his little brother Les, and seems to fit right into the family. It's... different than David has ever experienced before. He doesn't worry about it too much though. There's so many other things to worry about after all. Each one way more important than how Jack's smile lights up a room... right?

Some Newsies rolled their eyes, it's a daily occurrence that Flames would steal something from Paint and just wait on the shelf for them. "You'se are very dead today Flames." So, eh... I've never written a Soulmate AU before, so prepare for messy bullcrap. The way this soulmate AU works is that any mark that shows up on one's body also shows up on their soulmate's. In normal circumstances, there will two chapters for one ship, then two chapters for another, then another, another, etc etc. This will be smut-less because I don't feel comfortable writing smut.
