~ Found this story between some old assignments... Inspired by the song. It's quite short. Not pretending to understand the lyrics nor anything, just got inspired by my own thoughts, my interpretation of them, and then transformed it all into this. This story is inspired by Dino Buzzati's "The Falling Girl." When I first read the story, I didn't understand that the main character wasn't falling. The story had a deep meaning that I didn't catch until my classmates gave out their interpretation of it. "Shutters of Light" is about a photographer's conflicting mental memorabilia on a model he's taking photos of.

A will they won't they romance story. Past and present fluff. Each chapter is a different memory from high school or a present day situation. It is not chronological and each chapter could be from either Vano or Mias perspective.

20 years into the future, three teens (more like two monsters and a normie), come together to reclaim the ideals of romance and what it simply means to be a teenager. (p.s. I don't own Monster High and have never claimed to)
