A/n:
since the vote ended as a tie between meeting a few people of the student council and a date with Chiaki and Hiyoko, I will do both. Sadly I will only introduce 2 student council members, and they wont be getting much mention in the chapter.

Y/n's pov
I am sitting at my desk looking down at the fox mask that Hiyoko had made for me a few weeks back. I was debating on whether or not I should take it with me today since I'm going to a season change festival with Chiaki and Hiyoko. I decided to take it with me, but I had it put in an inside pocket of the modified kimono I was wearing. I added more insulation to the kimono so that i would be able to wear it in the winter without worrying about the cold. I looked over at my bed, Monaca was currently sleeping in it, hugging onto a pillow. She usually sleeps on my bed whenever I'm not in it, claiming that it is more comfortable despite having a bed of her own exactly like mine. She isn't able to come to the festival with me since she doesn't have any clothes for cold weather yet. Jin said he would be sending a few people to come look after her while I am gone, so I'm waiting on them to get here before I leave. Soon there was a knock on the door so I went over to the door and opened it, seeing 2 girls standing there. One has long red hair with yellow eyes, she was average height and wore the school uniform for the main course. The other has short brown hair and heterochromia, one eye green and the other blue, she was rather short and wore a yellow bunny hoodie that looked kind of like a Pikachu. The red haired one looked at me and spoke in a bossy tone "you must be y/n Kamukura. I don't know why you have a room at the academy, but I would like you to leave" the girl in the bunny hoodie grabbed onto the red haired one's sleeve "Kotomi...we aren't here to kick him out" the red haired girl, Kotomi, spoke again "I know Aiko, but a student living in the school isn't something I can ignore. no students should be allowed in the building after school hours. especially without supervision."
I sighed and shook my head "I'm assuming that you are the one's Jin sent to look after Monaca." The bunny hood girl, Aiko, nodded but Kotomi crossed her arms. "you should refer to Mr. Kirigiri with proper respect. He is the principal after all. And I refuse to help a student who shouldn't even be here" I looked at Aiko, ignoring Kotomi "so, it will be just you looking after her then. thank you for coming here despite it being the weekend." Aiko went to speak but Kotomi spoke over her "You dare ignore me!" I glared at her "shut up. If you aren't here to look after my little sister then I have no reason to talk to you. She is sleeping at the moment and I don't want her to be woken up by a bossy teen with a superiority complex." She glared back at me and opened her mouth "WHY YOU-" I covered her mouth quickly, glaring intensely "I said, my little sister is sleeping. So shut your mouth and stop making such loud noises." she bit my hand but I didn't remove it or make any sound, only glaring at her and tightening my grip on her face. I loosened my grip a little when I felt small hands grabbing onto my arm. I looked down and saw Aiko, she looked scared but held onto my arm "p-please stop fighting. I-its bad to hurt each other, a-and I don't think f-fighting is going to help anything." I sighed and let go of Kotomi, she stumbled back slightly and glared at me. Aiko slowly let go of my arm and I pat her head "sorry..." her face turned red and she covered the top of her head.
Suddenly I felt a force against the side of my head, forcing my head to the side. I stepped back and looked over to see Kotomi glaring at me, standing as if she was ready to fight me. Aiko let out a slight shriek as Kotomi charged at me going to punch. I caught her fist and held tightly, keeping her from pulling her fist back. I was going to hit her back until I heard a voice behind me "Big brother? what's going on?" I looked back and saw Monaca slowly sitting herself up in the bed, rubbing one of her eyes with her hand. I frowned and let go of Kotomi's fist, walking over to the bed. "sorry Monaca, I had a little disagreement with the bossy lady there since she wanted to kick us out of this room" Monaca nodded slowly and looked at me "Is big brother in trouble?" I gently pat her head and shook my head "No, I'm not in any trouble. the lady just doesn't want us staying here at the school" Monaca tilted her head "why? big brother is nice, why would anyone want to be mean and kick you out? Monaca doesn't understand" I frowned "Monaca, some people don't care how you are, they have their own personal feelings and refuse to look at other people's perspectives." "So bossy lady is being mean to big brother for no reason?" "she probably has her own reasons in her mind." Monaca nodded "Monaca doesn't understand entirely, but Monaca has decided that she doesn't like the mean, bossy lady." I chuckled "you shouldn't dislike someone just because of one encounter, they might be going through something, or they might not be thinking through everything" Monaca nodded again "So mean lady hurt big brother cause she wasn't thinking? does the mean lady want to keep hurting you?" I pat her head again "I don't know Monaca, but you should get back to sleep" Monaca hugged me "Monaca doesn't want to sleep. Monaca wont sleep until Monaca knows that mean lady isn't going to hurt or kill big brother" I hugged Monaca and looked over at the 2 at the doorway. Aiko looked shaky and upset while Kotomi looked angry and guilty. I frowned and slowly made Monaca lay down "No one is going to hurt or kill me. So get back to sleep so you will be well rested next time you wake" Monaca slowly let go of me and nodded, wiping away tears from her eyes "can big brother give Monaca a lullaby?" I nodded and slowly started humming to her, tucking her in. Monaca slowly closed her eyes and went back to sleep. I slowly stepped away from the bed and went over to the door again "If you done being upset, then I need to get going. Aiko, please take care of my little sister today. I have my phone number written down on the desk if you need to call for anything. Kotomi, leave if you aren't going to look after her. I'd rather not have you around Monaca if you are going to be a jerk" Aiko nodded and slowly walked into the room. Kotomi glared at me "I will look after her. but I still don't like you living here." I shrugged and started walking away "good luck, you're gonna need it"
Skipping of time
I am walking with Chiaki and Hiyoko through the festival area. There were many stalls for food, games, and other activities of the such. At the center of everything is a large open area for the ceremony at the end of the festival, there would be fireworks, dancing, competitions, and other sorts of celebratory activities during that time. Hiyoko was excited for the dancing while Chiaki wanted to go to every game and play. Both of them had already agreed to what was going to happen during the festival. Chiaki would get the first part of the festival, going around and playing the games; Hiyoko would get the other part of the festival, dancing and playing around. At the end of it we would all sit down and watch the fireworks together. I looked over at Hiyoko who was looking at the decorations and smiling, she had her usually outfit on but her hair was put up into a different way. She seemed to really love all the traditional things around the area. I looked over at Chiaki next, she wore a Kimono with the ship from Gala omega all over it. her hair was put up into a bun but she still had her hair pin in. She was looking from stall to stall, drooling at some food and getting pumped up at all of the games. Once the bell rang to signify the begining of the festival, Chiaki grabbed onto my arm and dragged me over to the nearest game, having Hiyoko follow after us.
She took us from game to game, playing to get the prizes she wanted until we got to a shooting game that had a big bunny plush as the top prize. The game was a simple cork gun game, Knock down the prize to win it. However it seemed that the gun wasn't strong enough to knock down the plush. Chiaki pouted as she failed to knock down the prize. I pat her head and whispered to her. "using only one gun wont work for that. you are gonna need a player 2" Chiaki looked at me and nodded. I paid the game host and he gave me and Chiaki 3 corks each. I looked at Chiaki and she nodded back to me, we both aimed at the plush. She started counting down with me "...3" "2" "...1" "Now!" we both shot at the same time, causing the plush to fall backwards and off the shelf, taking a smaller bunny plush down with it. after we got the prizes Chiaki hugged me tightly "Thank you y/n..." I chuckled and pat her head "you're welcome" Chiaki grabbed the big plush while I got the little one. I looked over at Hiyoko who was pouting and walked over to her, handing her the plush "here, you can have this one" Hiyoko grabbed it and huffed looking down at it "I didn't say you had to give me anything" I smirked "okay then, If you don't like it then I will just take it back then" I reached towards it and she hugged it tightly, looking away from me "I didn't say I didn't like it...." I chuckled and pat her head "you are so adorable sometimes" Hiyoko turned red and looked down. Suddenly Chiaki grabbed my hand and put it on top of her head, pouting. "it's my turn for having fun. so I get head pats as well" I chuckled and ruffled her hair a little "of course you do" Chiaki smiled at me and hugged me again. Hiyoko pouted and stared at us "Come on, lets hurry this up and go to the next thing."
After playing a few more games, the bell rang to signal the beginning of the end of the festival. Hiyoko grabbed onto my arm and dragged me to the center area, where music was starting to play for people to do traditional dancing. Hiyoko smiled at me "so..you know how to do 2 person dancing right?" I nodded "yeah, I will follow your lead" Hiyoko reached into her Kimono and pulled out the bunny mask I gave her at the fall festival and then put it on "did you bring the one I gave to you?" I chuckled and took out the fox mask, putting it on myself "of course I did, I figured that you might want me to do something with it" She giggles and hugged me before begging to start dancing. I followed her moves, matching them perfectly. People began to gather around and watch until the music stopped playing and Hiyoko fell into my arms, hugging me "that was so much fun.....no one has been able to dance with me like that before" I picked her up "well, I have to keep up with you so that I don't disappoint you" she moves her mask off her face and looked at me as I moved mine. We stared at each other for a bit until I smirked and kissed her on the cheek. Her face turned completely red and she hid her face into my chest. I slowly walked over to Chiaki, carrying Hiyoko with me. Chiaki was pouting "why didn't I get a kiss?" "you didn't ask for one" Chiaki crossed her arms "meanie" I chuckled, and looked down at Hiyoko, who was still hiding her face. I smiled and looked back at Chiaki "lets go find a good spot to watch the fireworks." Chiaki nodded and we went off to a good viewing spot and sat down. Hiyoko sat in my lap, refusing to get off me, and Chiaki leaned her head on my shoulder as the fireworks started. The fireworks were in every direction, lighting up the night sky with beautiful colors. Soon the festival was over, and I had walked the 2 to their dorms before heading back to my room. I opened the door and looked inside, seeing Monaca sitting with Aiko on my bed. and when I looked around, I saw Kotomi duct taped to the wall, passed out. I sighed and took the bossy red head off the wall and helped Aiko take her to the infirmary. After walking Aiko to her dorm and thanking her, I went back to my room and moved a sleeping Monaca over to her bed, putting her wheelchair next to her bed for when she wakes. I sat down on my bed and looked down at my phone as Mahiru texted me, sending me images of me, Chiaki, and Hiyoko at the festival. I chuckled and thanked her for taking pictures before saving all the images into my gallery and going to bed.

a/n:
this turned out to be a medium length chapter, so I guess it's fine. The next chapter shall be the Christmas chapter so, yay?
anyways, I have recently ran into a personal problem that is making it weird to convince myself to work on other things. I have ran out of anime to watch. I recently binged a few really good anime; Saga of Tanya the evil, The rising of the shield hero, Erased, That time I got reincarnated as a slime, and season 2 of Re:zero. I have been left with a feeling of boredom since those anime were really amazing and now makes other anime seem a little boring to watch. please recommend some anime so that I might find one I haven't watched that is good.
Also, I might make a fanfiction for The rising of the shield hero, because that show has really given me a bad case of the feels, almost as bad as the feels from Chiaki's execution..... Lemme know if anyone would want to see that. I would still continue this, but I would work on that as a side project.
