caused a Flood of mixed emotions
overcoming my dinner Guest
I astounded her with tales of Courage
in the Distant lands, of the Union of planets
far, far, to the west
yet, my tales of outer Space
the epic battles I led
the unique plans I contrived
were simply that, tales
my own, 'once upon a time'
