The match came to an end with a surprising victory, Tora clocking the ref every time he did a mistake with Kuroo lecturing the coach on specific players and their needs. Oddly, Akasuki was thankful for the boys being there for her brothers, it made her feel as if they truly cared. She unlinked her fingers from Kenma as Kuroo and Tora ushered Tatsuo towards them,
"ice cream anyone?"
Reiji lifted his hand climbing off the bench,
"me!"
Akasuki glanced at Kenma with a grin,
“I could go for some ice cream.”
Kenma squinted at her with sparkling eyes moving his lips, Yaku throwing his arm over Kenma with a large grin,
“as long as you are buying captain!”
Akasuki chuckled at the sudden disapproval on Kenma’s face, how can he still be cute? The group made their way towards the closest ice cream place. Tora, Yaku and Kuroo ahead with Tatsuo before them while Kenma and Akasuki walked alongside one another with Reiji.
“Thanks for coming,” Akasuki spoke glancing at Kenma, “even if the rest of them came,” chuckling lightly.
Kenma shrugged reaching out his hand to her,
“I want to be with you, even if it means watching sports, or being with them.”
Every sentence he spoke made her feeling some sort of way, bringing the butterflies back into her stomach, she reached over to take his hand,
“me too, we could honestly just sit in the same room and I'd be satisfied.”
Kenma chuckled nodding in agreement,
“we can arrange that.”
