At the backstage of the day of the departed concert. (Y/N) was fine-tuning her guitar. It hadn't been easy re-learning how to play the instrument but (Y/N) took it in great strides.
And after this performance, they had some ideas for a few new songs. The ninja's were off celebrating their victory. Echo had requested that he be allowed to go with his brother... Alone.
(Y/N) begrudgingly let the copper nindroid go without an escort. After all, he had fought off a small group of ghosts. So he had more than proven he wasn't as delicate as people claimed he was.
Nidhogg was taking Lavaria back to Knighton and the Serpentine members of the Treble Makers had decided that they all wanted the go trick or treating. Sighting it's free yummy treats.
Dareth was off celebrating with his boys as he put it aka the stone warriors and Ronin was spending the day of the departed with the Walkers and fixing his R.E.X.
It was just her and her bio-mechanical monstrosity of a Serpentine Motorbike. The Serpentine Motorbike let out a whine. "I know you're hungry but we just have to wait for them to get back with the food." (Y/N) said not looking up from her music sheets.
There was the sound of a bike engine pulling up and Morro stuck his head through the temporary walls of the stage. "They're back!" Morro called out. "See." (Y/N) said to the Serpentine Motorbike. The living motorbike rolled its eyes at the comment.
Soul Archer, Wrayth and Bansha came floating through the curtains, arms filled with take out boxes from Mr Chen's Noodle House with Ghoultar stuffing his face with Puffy Potstickers.
"What took you guys so long?" Morro questioned them. Soul Archer, Wrayth and Bansha turned to look at Ghoultar.
"What? Ghoultar like Puffy Potstickers." Ghoultar objected to the looks he was getting.
"It took us some time to drag him out." Soul Archer commented with a bitter sigh. "He wouldn't stop stuffing his fat face!" Bansha loudly complained.
"Ghoultar like Puffy Potstickers." Ghoultar proudly stated. "Ghoultar not know when Ghoultar next get banished again, so Ghoultar eat Puffy Potstickers." Ghoultar declared and went back to stuffing his face with gusto.
"Make sense." (Y/N) said with a shrug. "Thanks for summoning us by the way." Wrayth commented to (Y/N) as he handed over her take out boxes.
(Y/N) feed some to her motorbike. Who greedily scarfs it down. "Thank Morro." (Y/N) said feeding the living reptilian motorbike some more. "He's the one who recommended you lot. That goes double for Soul Archer. Morro mentioned that you were alive during the Serpentine Wars." (Y/N) pointed out. Soul Archer glanced at Morro with a nervous look on his face.
"Relax. She only wants information." Morro explained to the nervous ghost. "Oh." Soul Archer said rubbing the back of his neck.
"So, Soul Archer. What do you know?" (Y/N) politely asked as she opened her own takeaway box.
"The Serpentine War also known as the Anacondrai Wars was a conflict that took place at least forty years ago as far as I can tell anyway." Soul Archer said rubbing his chin time didn't really mean much to a ghost.
"It was fought between the five tribes of the Serpentine with the Anacondrai as generals and the Elemental Masters serving as leaders of the people of Ninjago."
"The conflict was a desperate one, made more so by the presence of the Anacondrai under Arcturus. The alliance of the Elemental Masters fought back. But they had never seen the likes of an Anacondrai warrior. They were bigger, smarter, natural leaders on the battlefield. The Anacondrai were a proud tribe who fought with every ounce of venom. There was no greater warrior in the land. And with them in command, they proved to be too much for the alliance to handle."
"Eventually, under the leadership of Wu and Lord Garmadon, the Elemental Masters took control of the alliance that saw some victory against the Serpentine."
"I know of two battles. One at Jamanakai Village where the Elemental Masters were forced to retreat upon the arrival of the Anacondrai. And that a crucial battle in the war took place at Birchwood Forest, with the Elemental Alliance fighting Arcturus and his Anacondrai, but the master of earth turned on the others and this battle was lost as well." Soul Archer said. "That's as far as I know."
"Do you know how the wars started?" (Y/N) asked. "I believe the Serpentine struck first." Soul Archer said.
"Hm... That's actually not the case." (Y/N) calmly responded. "But I would expect you to know that." She added with a melancholy smile.
"Shall I tell you what really started the war?" (Y/N) said offering to enlighten the ghost warrior. Soul Archer carefully nodded. Still unsure of (Y/N) and her temperament. The fact that she was so calm was what was so frightening to the ghost.
"General Arcturus. Had a daughter. A human daughter. Called Eris. She was the Master of Karma and the Elemental Masters didn't like that so they tried to kidnap her along with her own daughter, Hela." (Y/N) explained with a calm and even tone.
"You see the war started because one of the Elemental Masters killed Eris and at the time it was believed Hela was killed as well." (Y/N) said with a small smirk.
"I believe you knew her... She was the one controlling the Preeminent." (Y/N) explained as she started to eat some of her own dinner.
"Wait, are you telling us that the Preeminent as in the Queen of the Cursed, the embodiment and thus the ruler of the Cursed Realm, the master of the Ghost Warriors was controlled by this Hela?" Wrayth butted in.
"Yep, and when she was alive she was known as Hela; Queen of Darkness. Aka the adopted granddaughter of General Arcturus and missing Master of Karma." (Y/N) informed them. "She's also my creator." (Y/N) said with an unfeeling tone.
"Wow! No wonder you hate the ninja." Bansha said out loud. "No brick!" Wrayth snorted. Soul Archer just nodded.
"Oh, there's more to it." (Y/N) added. "My people have ordered me to capture the one responsible if they are among the living or their closest descendant if dead and bring the guilty party before them." Her voice is still quiet and calm, making it a little bit worse.
"Now if anyone has a problem with this, speak now." (Y/N) calmly stated. Looking each ghost straight in the eyes.
The ghosts all murmured to another before nodding in agreement. "We can work with this." Wrayth answered for the group.

It was the morning after the day of the departed. It started out as a beautiful day in Ninjago.
The Ninja was moving into their new headquarters. The destiny's bounty sailed along the sky narrowly missing a Borg blimp.
Several people waiting in a line outside a Borg store, excitedly as a woman soon cuts in line.
Sensei Wu was standing in the remains of the Monastery of Spinjitzu where several bushes had grown as a butterfly lands on a flower.
A rabbit comes up to the flower and eats it, scaring the butterfly off before a pocket watch in someone's hand opens, revealing half-past five as thunder was heard. As it moves by a minute, the rabbit looks up to see a red, blue, yellow, and green distortion appear in the sky, scaring it away as someone soon comes out of it and lands in the middle.
"Right on time." Wu chuckled to himself. The cloaked figure takes a shuddering breath, and very deliberately for a few moments does not move despite his confusion. "What!?" The cloaked figure quietly asks before turning around to see it is Wu, who is holding a pocket watch.
"Long time, no see. Acronix." Wu said in a cocky tone. "Wu?" Acronix guessed with uncertainty in his voice. "You look... old. As if your best days have passed. Not unlike your monastery." Acronix commented with a huff of disgust. Oh, how the mighty had fallen.
Wu closes the pocket watch and puts it in his beard. "I still have plenty of days left." Wu said standing up as the mystery man moves a hand behind his back. "Shall we finish what we started? I've been waiting decades." Wu asked.
"Really?" Acronix snorted hiding a dagger behind his back. "It doesn't feel that long to me." Acronix gloated to the spinjitzu master.
"This ends now!" Wu declared, ready for battle.

At the Ninjago Museum of History, Dareth is holding the head of the Samukai mannequin and placing the Samukai head on a nearby box.
Even after their performance was cut short due to villains from Ninjago's past rising from the grave. The band still had to clean up the mess from the battle within the museum.
"This ends now, Samukai!" Dareth said attacking the damaged mannequin with a broom. "Nope, pretending this is the actual Samukai doesn't make cleaning up the museum any more interesting. This is so lame. Where are the Ninja, this is their fault." Dareth declared.
"Come on, Dareth. We're all kind of responsible for the damage to the museum. After all, if we hadn't had that massive battle on the Day of the Departed, this place would still be in one piece." Echo said passing by with a mannequin on a cart.
"Yeah, and whose fault is that?" Dareth bitterly hissed.
"I said I was sorry for the part I played in the attack on Ninjago." Morro said with a huff. "Okay. How many more times do I have to say it." Morro whined, placing Yang's portrait in a nearby wheelbarrow.
"Actually I was referring to Cole, not you." Dareth said. "Oh." Morro responded sheepishly.
"Hey!? How come Chen gets to skip out on all this cleaning?" Mezmo demanded. "Chen is his daughter's problem." (Y/N) loudly declared. "Plus I couldn't take any more of his creepy Anicondria worshipping anymore." (Y/N) admitted under her breath.
Morro catches up to Dareth as they came out to the main part of the museum as Lasha struggles to carry a box.
"This is exhausting." Lasha says puting the box down to straighten his back then laying his head on the box. "If I could go back in time. I'd tell my past self not to help Dr Saunders clean up this mess."
(Y/N) came through pulling a cart with a Nadakhan mannequin in it. "Lasha, you may recall that one of us has time-travelled. Thanks to this guy." (Y/N) said, nodding her head to the mannequin.
"It can have devastating effects and doesn't always work out. Case in point all the floating buildings we've seen this week. And the fact that in Knighton I'm one hundred and fifty years in the future!" (Y/N) continued to vent before going back to work.
"It's just an expression, (Y/N)." Lasha said, rolling his eyes at the girl. "Just chill out." Chokun added. "Just let her deal with this in her own time. None of this is easy for her." Morro pointed out to the others.
"Guys, look what I found!" Dareth shouted to everyone at the top of his lungs. The others come up to Dareth, who is looking at a giant portrait.
"Uh, isn't that Garmadon?" Dareth said pointing at one of the figures in the painting. "And there's Sensei Wu." Morro said, pointing out his old master. "He looks so... young." Lasha said with a chuckle. "Yeah, I would have thought that he was born old." Chokun snorted and caused the others to laugh.
"Look at them, the two biggest pains in the butt in Ninjago's history." Snappa snorted. The others still lightly giggling behind him.
"Does anyone recognize this battle?" Morro asked, studying the portrait closely. "Says here it takes place during the Serpentine Wars." Chokun added reading the plak under the painting.
"During the Serpentine Wars? But they're not Serpentine so who would they be fighting?" Morro questioned and the Serpentine shrugged. While Echo and Dareth just scratched their heads. It wasn't like any of them knew any more then he did.
"Refreshing time. Hot, sweaty work deserves a cool drink." Dr Sander said coming up to them, with a tray of drinks. "Ah, thank you, Dr Saunders." Echo said, taking a cup. They each take a cup while Morro politely declines as everyone else starts drinking.
"What's this painting?" Echo said putting his cup back on the tray and pointing at the painting.
"Oh, this? Nothing. Minor skirmish. No historical significance. That is why I don't hang it in the main gallery." Dr Sander said with a chuckle.
"It looks pretty significant to me. This thing is huge." Dareth said, putting his cup back on the tray.
"Yes, a huge myth. The folklores." Dr Sander chuckled, waving his hand dismissively.
"Even if it is a myth, who are these men Masters Wu and Garmadon are supposed to be fighting?" Morro asked. Dr Sander lets out a sigh. "There is a legend." He says placing the tray on a nearby box. "Twin brothers called the Hands of Time."
"The Hands of Time?" Snappa said, scratching the back of his neck.
"They could allegedly manipulate time itself. Speed it up, slow it down. All sorts of things." Dr Sander laughs. "See what I mean? Manipulate time? A ridiculous fairy tale." Dr Sander chuckles.
"Who's this one?" Morro asked, pointing to the man on the right. "Oh, this handsome-looking fella? Ha! The legend says his name is Krux." Dr Sander said with a smile.
"And who is the nasty-looking guy?" Dareth said pointing to the man on the left. Dr Sander gave Dareth a dirty look but quickly recovered. "In the stories, he's called Acronix." Dr Sander said, giving a curt reply.
"Wait? Where's (Y/N)?" Morro asked, looking around the room. "Doubt she'd even care about this Morro. If it's not about a lead to find out which one of the Elemental Masters kicked off the Serpentine war she won't care." Dareth pointed out to the ghost.
(Third Person P.O.V)

Acronix and Wu circle around a flower bush. Just waiting to strike out at each other. They remain like this for an indeterminable space of time, Wu taking a deep breath and forces a neutral expression onto his face, Acronix glaring him down with predatory gleam in his eyes, but he seems less wary as he glances around.
"You might as well give up, Wu. I'm the superior fighter. And your brother isn't here to bail you out." Acronix growls.
"No." Wu said. "But neither is yours, Acronix." "And whose fault is that?" Acronix quickly spat. "My brother and I did what we had to do to protect Ninjago." Wu declared. "Liar!" Acronix angrily shouted at Wu as his grip tightening around the blade handle. His teeth were clenched together so tightly.
"You are all out of control!" Acronix spat at the spinjitzu master. Wu said nothing, just continuing to move around a flower bush ready to strike at any moment.
"What to ashamed to admit what you all did! Fine by me! If that is how you want it! I will do what I have to do!" Acronix said reveals the dagger and charges at Wu.
They immediately start fighting before Wu knocks Acronix near a support before he moves as Wu was about to jab him and avoids another strike before climbing up to the roof and looks down. Wu jumps up, but Acronix strikes his cane with his dagger, breaking a piece off as Wu lands back down.
"Huh? More spry than I would expect. Let's see if you can keep up." Acronix declared as Wu climbs up to the roof and quickly blocks a strike from Acronix.

At the Temple of Airjitzu, the ninja are settling in as Cole brings another box in. while Jay is nearby, eating Ninja chips and Nya is sorting through the boxes they've already brought inside.
"Where do you want this last one, Nya?" Cole said bumping into another box. "Cole honestly anywhere you can find room." Nya said, struggling to make her way over to Cole. Cole puts the box down near her and goes back to work.
Nya finally makes it over and opens the box to see where it should go. "Oh! This came to the wrong place." Nya said, revealing that it was some of her Samurai X gear.
"This should have gone to the Samurai X Cave." Nya said, holding the helmet up.
"What for? I thought you gave up being Samurai X to be the Water Ninja." Cole questioned. Nya quickly puts the helmet back "I did. If nothing else, it's a souvenir of a past life." Nya commented in a snappy tone.
Cole just shrugs at Nya's comment and grabs the handles of a nearby wheelbarrow stacked full of boxes, but his arms soon glow orange, making him let go.
"Eh, speaking of which, you're still not used to having your old, non-ghost hands back?" Jay said picking up some of the boxes and taking them with him.
Cole's arms return to normal and he starts cleaning up the minor mess he made. "I'm working on it." Cole sighed in frustration. He eventually catches up to Jay as they walked to the main part of their new place as Kai walks by struggling to carry a box.

Back at the monastery, Wu blocks Acronix's attack as they move at the main part of the roof before going through the rubble.
Wu jumps up further. "Give it up, old man. I've got decades on you. I'm faster, stronger." Acronix said striking out with his dagger.
"That's your mistake. You assume your youth is a greater weapon than my experience." Wu said. Acronix backs away and jumps up to where Wu is as they resume fighting before Wu moved to the side, making Acronix miss.
"Arrogant to the finish. Just like your brother." Wu said. "Arrogant? No...confident!" Acronix said charging at Wu, but he tilts back and throws him over.
As Acronix was about to fall, dropping his dagger in the process, Wu grabs hold of his cape.
"Arrogant, it was Krux's downfall. And now it's yours." Wu said. "Do you yield?" Wu demanded. "Never." Acronix spat. "There's no escape this time, Acronix." Wu said. Letting go of Acronix's cape briefly before grabbing it again. "Do. You. Yield?" Wu demanded again.
"I... yield." Acronix said, accepting defeat. "So forty years after it began," Wu declared, pulling on Acronix's cape. "The battle of the Elemental Masters versus the Hands of Time finally ended at precisely six p.m." Wu said, getting out his pocket watch to see it turn to six.
Thunder was heard as another red, blue, yellow, and green distortion appeared in the sky and a forked gauntlet with green electricity immediately impaling itself into the middle of the monastery.
A wave soon appeared out of it as Wu and Acronix suddenly appear near it as the wave continues on to the Airjitzu Temple, where Kai is standing one some boxes, wearing the Samurai X helmet.
"Kai, please give me that back." Nya pleads with her brother. Jay just sat by and watched the pair bicker as he ate his chips.
The wave of energy briefly swallows them causing them to disappear before quickly reappearing with Kai atop off Jay and Nya holding the helmet.
"Oh! Oh, my back! My back!" Jay cried out in pain. "What the brick? When did I land on top of Jay?" Kai said in complete confusion.
The wave continues on to Ninjago City reaching the museum where Dareth, the Treble Makers and their newest member Morro were looking for (Y/N).
They too are swallowed by the wave of energy briefly causing them to disappear before quickly reappearing. This caused the museum's alarms to go off leaving them all confused.
"What just happened? Everything just..." Morro questioned. "Moved?" Dareth said, highly confused.

Acronix swiftly and brutally knocks Wu down and claims the glowing weapon as his prize. Picking up the weapon with its blades glowing green before charging at Wu and swiping his pocket watch from his beard to look at the time.
"And at six oh one, the battle began again." Acronix declares as Wu and Acronix had resumed their battle.
"You had your chance, old man. You should have let me drop. Now, let's see if your experience is more powerful than..." Acronix said, raising the weapon which fires a green beam in the air. "The Time Blade." Acronix proudly declared.
After all this time, they would finally have their revenge!
(Third Person P.O.V)

At the Airjitzu Temple, The ninjas are still highly confused and disorientated.
"How did I get this? I have the strangest feeling. It's like déjà vu, but in reverse." Nya said, putting down her helmet.
"It's like time skipped a beat." Kai said, still slightly shaken. Nya looks at a nearby clock. "No, it skipped an entire minute." Nya exclaimed after reading the time.
"Please get off of me!" Jay begged still under Kai's feet. The weight of the fire ninja practically crushing the master of lightning's spine.
Just outside the Airjitzu Temple on the Bounty, the alarm systems were still going off.
"My circuits are picking up an energy displacement." Zane announced in alarm.
"There was a displacement all right. It displaced the bounty to the Temple of Airjitzu." Lloyd said looking out the window. "I don't know what's going on! But it's loud!" Misako said, covering her ears from the noise.
Zane is looking at some panels as the alarms are still going off. "These energy readings are off the charts. I'm trying to pinpoint the location." Zane reported, shouting over the alarms as he did.
Still annoyed by the alarms Misako shouts. "How about pinpointing the location of the off button? These alarms are giving me a..." Lloyd slams a nearby console, turning the alarm off. "...headache."
"Hm. This is surprising." Zane responded. "No, it's not. I've always had sensitive ears and—" Misako said, still rubbing her ringing ears. "I meant, I think I know how we suddenly appeared on the Destiny's Bounty." Zane explained.
"How?" Lloyd said. "The displacement we experienced was not caused by just any normal energy. It was temporal energy." Zane said. "Whatever created that displacement can warp the very fabric of space-time."
"All the normal rules of existence no longer apply to such a force." Zane explained. The gravity of the situation now dawning on Lloyd.

Acronix and Wu were still fighting with Acronix having the upper hand.
"That's right, flee, Master Wu!" Acronix spat in disgust. They soon lock their weapons before Wu knocks Acronix back, making him land on his back. He soon sits up.
"Master! Ha! To think my brother and I ever took orders from you!" Acronix laughs as he gets back up and strikes Wu, who moves back, losing a few beard hairs.
"Your only ambition was to rule." Wu shot back. "You were all out of control!" Acronix shouted in response to Wu's claims.
"There could have been peace, Wu!" Acronix shouted, swiping at Wu's face. "But you all decided that wasn't good enough!" Acronix screamed.
"They should have been left alone! If you lot just did that then Arcturus and Eris would have backed off!" Acronix angrily shouted at Wu. The hair on Wu's arms stood on end at the possibility of danger.
"But No! One of you killed Eris and her daughter!" Acronix snarled at the spinjitzu master. "For all I know it could have been you! Or your brother! Or perhaps you both ordered it!" His voice deadly low.
"That is not true. We never intentionally-" Wu tried to say but was cut off. "So what they were just collateral damage!?" Acronix spat. The cold fury in him demands he strike.
"That doesn't make it right! And you know it!" Acronix snarled the fury burning in his blood.
"Who else were you all planning on killing off!" Acronix continued to scream and shout. "What about the Serpentine? You lot killed them off too, didn't you!" Acronix screamed.
"I bet you did, right after my brother and I failed to stop you all from causing more bloodshed." Acronix spat. Wu flinched as Acronix looks at the Time Blade electricity sparks from it as he speaks.
"Do you recall what Krux and I said, on this very ground, forty years ago?" Acronix said with a smirk.
"Control time. Control everything." Wu answered slightly winded.
"Excellent memory, old man." Acronix bitterly laughed. "And look who controls time again. Just need a moment for my Time Blade to recharge." Wu knocks Acronix back and some rubble lands on him. As soon as he got the rubble off, Acronix didn't see Wu anywhere.
"Coward!" Acronix spat. He gets up and starts to look around before Wu emerged from a corner and they resume fighting.
"It ends now, Acronix." Wu commands. "It certainly does." Acronix declares.
As Wu was about to strike, Acronix quickly disappears and reappears behind Wu as he swings at the previous spot.
"No, no, no, I'm not there now." Acronix said teasingly and knocks Wu down before Wu rolls over. "That's where I was then." Wu quickly rolls over again to avoid Acronix's next strike before managing to kick him backwards knocking Acronix near a support as Wu was about to jab him again with his staff, but Acronix quickly moved out of the way as the support breaks, sending the main part of the roof falling onto Wu, knocking him down. As Wu struggles to get out of the rubble, Acronix appears on top of the rubble just as Wu manages to finally free himself.
They quickly lock their weapons before Acronix slams the Time Blade further, knocking Wu back as green energy surrounds him.
"Control time, control everything!" Acronix said with a satisfied grin.

All the Ninja had filled back on to the Bounty. Their effort towards moving into the temple was forgotten in place of solving this mystery.
"I've located the surge's epicentre." Zane reported. The screen shows the monastery before it was burnt down. "The old monastery?" Misako said in confusion. "Why would anyone or anything be up there? That place burned down."
"Wait. Sensei Wu said he was going to the monastery. Something about 'finishing an old fight.' He said this was something he should do alone." Lloyd said and with that, they immediately started prepping the Bounty to fly. It immediately takes off.

At the Ninjago Museum of History, The Ninjago City police department had arrived due to the alarm systems going off.
During the investigation, Tommy had kicked open a door to a storeroom and found (Y/N) writhing on the floor. It looked as though she'd been using the ladder and fallen off at some point.
The Police Commissioner's eye began twitching which led Simon and Tommy to point it out to the Commissioner's displeasure. It hadn't exactly looked good for Morro, Dareth or the Serpentine but Dr Saunders was able to smooth everything out.
Now that Dr Saunders had cleared everything up. The Police Commissioner had summoned an ambulance to inspect (Y/N)'s suspected injuries allowing Morro and Dareth to attend to (Y/N) who was curled up into a ball and growing in pain on one of the long concrete benches in the Museum.
The Serpentine were summoned back to Oroborus for a meeting; they took Echo with them but seeing that (Y/N) was in no condition to leave right now Morro and Dareth were left in charge of her care.
"But you guys have that performance tomorrow thanks to your Day of the Departed show being interrupted." Dareth pointed out as they all started to leave. He was a producer of theirs after all.
"Don't worry about it. If they don't arrive on time to play. (Y/N) has some back up to play for tomorrow with her." Morro answered for them. (Y/N) gave them a weak smile and tried to sit up but only ended up causing her to whimper in pain.
"It will be ok (Y/N)." Morro soothed, returning to her side. "How bad did you fall off that thing?" Dearth abruptly asked turning his attention back to (Y/N). "Wasn't the fall." (Y/N) struggled to say.
"What do you mean it wasn't the fall?" Morro questioned. "That energy... hurt... me." (Y/N) struggled to explain.
"That freaky energy blast hurt you?" Morro asked, filling in the pieces of what she was trying to tell them.
(Y/N) nodded and instantly regretted it. "Ok well, you rest. Dr Saunders bring nice refreshing time. Hot drink." Dr Sander said coming up to them, with a tray of drinks.
"Ah, thanks, Dr Saunders." Dearth said, chugging his hot drink only to burn his mouth and tongue.
"Oh, Dareth." (Y/N) said, shaking her head. As the brown ninja ran around the room due to his burning tongue.
"Morro. Help him." (Y/N) said trying to sit up to do it herself but couldn't. "Ok you stay here I deal with Dareth." Morro responded and helped the brown ninja find a washroom or a kitchen.
"It ok. Dr Saunders look out." Dr Saunders announced taking a seat next to (Y/N) in an effort to keep an eye on her.
"There, there." Dr Saunders said patting (Y/N)'s head. "Pain will be over soon, then you make all the music you want." Dr Saunders said with a chuckle. "I wouldn't say that." (Y/N) snorted, it hurt too much to laugh. "Why?" Dr Saunders asked tilting his head ever so slightly as he did.
"It's a real long story." (Y/N) said trying to sit up again. "Ah, rest." Dr Saunders scolded her. "How about you tell Dr Saunders long story, yes." Dr Saunders offered as a distraction.
"I wouldn't even know where to begin." (Y/N) said, giving the man a weak smile. "History is a long time." Dr Saunders snorted at his own joke.
"History, because you work here. I get it." (Y/N) said with a soft huff actually managing to sit up this time.
"Ok, Let's start at the beginning." (Y/N) offered and started to tell Dr Saunders about wishing herself away, other realms, and living in a different time. Learn how to get along with humans again, her mission.
(Y/N) had to pause at that. Worried that Dr Saunders may have a bad reaction to that.
"So much for a short life." Dr Saunders patting the top of her head. "Too many problem on danty shoulders. Adults should handle this, not children." Dr Saunders scolded causing (Y/N) to chuckle.
"What adults?" (Y/N) questioned the curator of the museum. "The elder Anacondrai are dead and my people have tasked me to do the job. There are no adults to turn to in either realm. I alone must bear this burden." (Y/N) said shaking her head in disbelief.
Dr Saunders immediately wrapped her up into a hug. "Poor girl, never should of happened. You come talk to Dr Saunders when you need, yes." Dr Saunders stated as he finally released her from the crushing hug.
(Third Person P.O.V)

Back at the monastery, Wu was still being affected by the green energy before it dispersed with a wave of Acronix's wrist.
"Ugh. Ouch. That last hit hurt, didn't it? The blade gives it a little extra kick. I think I'm going to call that one the Time Punch And its effects are devastating." Acronix said with a laugh.
"I... I made a mistake." Wu said feeling his strength leaving him.
"Yes, you did. You never should have challenged me. Not forty years ago, not today. Don't worry, I can be merciful. I figure one more charge, one more Time Punch, and it'll all be over fast." Acronix said holding the Time Blade up to Wu.
"Oh, how I wish my brother were here to see this." Acronix said with a sadistic grin.
"Me too. Ninja, go!" Wu said performing Spinjitzu, knocking Acronix back onto the roof and causing him to drop the Time Blade, which gets caught between some support beams.
Before Acronix could retrieve it, Wu charges at him but he throws him over his back, letting him fall before he grabs hold of a tree branch, losing his staff in the process. Acronix is soon looking down the side of the cliff while holding the Time Blade.
"Hm! You know what they say. If the Time Punch doesn't get you, the fall will. Actually, no one says that. But they should. Farewell." Acronix said in a cherry tone and started to leave. "I'd like to stay to the end, but I have somewhere to be." Acronix said jumping off the roof just as the Bounty arrived.
"I don't believe it! The legendary Destiny's Bounty!?" Acronix gasped in shock and awe at the historic vessel. "But wait? What is a two-hundred-year-old flying pirate ship doing here? Now? This has been a strange day." Acronix said to himself.
(Third Person P.O.V)

"Hey. Has anyone seen Sensei Wu?" Lloyd asked his team. "Hm. I only see that guy." Jay said, pointing out Acronix to the others.
"Who's that?" Cole questioned spotting the figure Jay had pointed out. "I don't know. Let's find out." Jay said with a grin.
"No, no, wait, what if...?" Lloyd objected but the master of lightning doesn't listen. Instead, Jay kicks a button, letting the anchor lower as he hitches a ride on it. "What's he doing?" Lloyd cried out in dismay.
The anchor lands almost crushing Acronix. Startling Acronix and causing him to dive into the dirt to save himself. "Ahem. Excuse me, I'm looking for someone." Jay said to Acronix.
"That's no pirate." Acronix said out loud and picked himself up off the ground.
"Who do you seek, Ninja?" Acronix said in an annoyed tone due to almost being crushed.
"Spinjitzu Master. About yay tall, long beard, goes by the name Wu." Jay said. "Haven't seen him." Acronix lied with a snort.
"Hm." Jay said, pulling out his nunchucks electricity sparks on the nunchucks chain. "That's odd. 'Cause judging by all the slash marks around here, I think you have." Jay declared as charged in to fight.
"Jay just pulled his nunchucks. We'd better get us down there fast." Lloyd declared watching the fight from above. Nya immediately turns the wheel, landing the Bounty on the ground.
Jay charges at Acronix as he avoids his attack before they spar a bit before Jay puts away his nunchucks and fires a lightning bolt at Acronix, who uses the Time Blade to block it before he soon disappears as Jay fires another one, but misses. Acronix soon reappeared behind Jay and strikes him, knocking him forward and into some rubble.
Acronix slowly walks up to Jay. "A moment ago, I had no quarrel with you." Acronix said, shaking his head at the ninja for his poor choices. "Unfortunately for you, I do now." Acronix stated raising the Time Blade.
"Did you see that? It's like..." Lloyd said in confussion. "He jumped forward in time." Kai said, finishing the green ninja's sentence.
"Yeah? Let's see him jump this!" Cole declared his arms glowing bright and fires a dirt shot near Acronix as he leapt over the side of the Bounty and charged at him with his glowing fists, but Acronix spun him around and threw him at the others, who were rushing to help him, knocking them down.
"More Ninja?" Acronix said with a curious tone. As the ninja, all begin to stand up. "Ninja, go!" All the ninja shouted together. All performing Spinjitzu, but Acronix raises the Time Blade and disappears, reappearing behind them as they all knock into each other and fall to the ground, groaning.
"You only missed me by a few seconds." Acronix teased. "Sometimes I wish I was still Samurai X instead of a Ninja." Nya admitted to herself.
By the cliff, Wu was struggling to hold onto the branch as he nearly slips but quickly grabs hold of it again. Atop of the monastery, the Ninja put their hoods on as they face Acronix.
"You're fast." Kai spat conjuring fire from his right hand. "But faster than this?" Kai hissed. Throwing the flame at Acronix, who dodges and the remains of the monastery soon start burning once more.
"Ah, an Elemental Master of Fire. I've encountered one of you before." Acronix chuckles.
"Huh? You met my father?" Kai asks, becoming distracted allowing Acronix to use the Time Blade to disappear.
The ninjas look around before they hear a sound and see he is on the roof. "Ninja...Come out and play." Acronix said in a sing-song voice.
"Jay, Cole, Kai and I will take him." Lloyd ordered. "Zane, Nya, use your Elemental Powers to put out this fire."
"Ninja... Come out and play." Acronix teased again. Jay fires a lightning bolt at Acronix, who dodges.
Cole jumps onto the roof as his arms glow again. "You got lucky last time!" Cole declared. They fight before Cole gets a fist stuck in some rubble. "Clumsy. Like a fawn standing on her new legs." Acronix criticised Cole.
"One!" Jay shouted, jumping into the air.
"Two!" Kai screamed, jumping into the air.
"Three!" Lloyd yelled jumping into the air.
As they all prepare to fire their powers and fire them as Acronix starts moving along the roof.
Nya and Zane try to put the fire out as Kai, Jay and Lloyd try to hit Acronix as he moves along the roof.
"Yes. Keep moving him back. He's gonna have to surrender, or else the flames are gonna get him." Lloyd declared.
They fire their powers at Acronix again who uses the Time Blade to block it as energy starts coming out.
"It's gonna blow!" Kai shouted. The energy blasts, creating a shockwave, knocking everyone back and Acronix quickly disappears, soon reappearing at the stairs and starts going down them.
The fire is still going as the Ninja are laid down while Jay was the first to sit up. "Ah. Burned down again. Man, this place just cannot catch a break." Jay said, removing his hood. Lloyd sits up as he removes his hood to look among the burning rubble. "Neither did he." Lloyd said out of breath.
"Good, you know me, I don't back down from a challenge, but I wouldn't want to face that guy again." Kai said, sitting up and removing his hood. Cole sits up and removes his hood. "He moved at, like, the speed of time." Cole complained.
"Come on, guys, let's get back to the Destiny's Bounty." Lloyd said standing up. "But what about Sensei Wu?" Nya questioned as she quickly got up off the ground.
The male ninjas all let out a gasp. "We gotta find him. Spread out!" Lloyd ordered and they start to move along the burning rubble.
Wu still struggles to hold on and not plummet to his doom off the side of the cliff but the branch soon starts to snap.
Cole comes running along a path to the cliff as the branch Sensei Wu is holding onto finally gives way and is about to fall before Cole's glowing hand grabs him. "Gotta...hang...on." Cole said, straining to drag and pull Sensei Wu up the cliffside. Cole barely manages to pull the old man up just in time as his arms stopped glowing.
"Sensei, are you alright?" Zane asked rushing to his masters side. "I... fear not." Sensei Wu admitted almost falling over. Zane quickly holding up.
"Who was that man?" Zane urgently asked.
"How did he do that?" Kai questioned in a demanding tone.
"Why were you fighting him?" Jay asked, slightly freaking out as he did.
"There is much to tell you. And not much time." Wu said almost keeling over if it wasn't for Zane.
(Third Person P.O.V)

In the backroom of the Ninjago museum, Dr Saunders is looking at a pocket watch, indicating midnight before soon turning to someone.
"Where have you been?" Dr Saunders said, scolding the person.
"Sorry, I'm late. Ninja trouble. Acronix said, removing his hood. "Things have changed since I was last in Ninjago."
Dr Saunders pulls at his big moustache and removes it, revealing it to be a fake, which was over a smaller moustache and smiles as he drops it. Acronix also smiles as Dr Saunders removes his clothing and Acronix comes up to hug him as he now wears a similar uniform to Acronix.
"Indeed they have... brother." Krux said in his real voice.
