"Woo! Go Hitoshi! America would be proud!" Monoma cheered as Shinsou left the field. Shinsou chuckled. "Yeah yeah. But my Apple watch is broken." Shinsou guilty held up his wrist.
"What about that chip prototype you were working on?"Kumo asked, once again reappearing from the shadows, her tall stature looming over the two boys.
Shinsou visibly brightened. "Right! I finished the chip last night, I just need to ship it to AFO so he can copy it and distribute it en mass! I'll do it now!" He tapped his other wrist, which held another apple watch, and a ping sounded. "There! Finished."
Monoma then froze. "Wait a minute. If you're here, then who's taking care of Technology back in America?"
Shinsou just smacked his head. "Remember. We have JETS, Neito. I don't know how you keep on forgetting that."
"Well, why don't you just teleport? You and Kumo can both do that."
"Remember, I can only travel through screens that are on, and Kumo can only travel short distances. Besides, it takes up a lot of energy."
"Oop! Time for the next match! Get out there Neito!" Kumo said, trying to dispel the growing tension.

"To start the second round of the Sports Festival, we have the ruthless MONOMA NEITO vs the literally DEFINITION of speed, TENYA IIDA! 3...2...1...GO!" Present Mic shouted.
Iida runs at Monoma with lightning speed and tries to get his hands on both of his shoulders, but Monoma jumps a good 6 feet into the air, latches his legs around Iida's neck, and flips him out of bounds.
"AND TENYA IIDA IS OUT OF BOUNDS! MONOMA PROCEEDS TO THE NEXT ROUND!" Present Mic says while Midnight cracks her whip.
"Why isn't he doing any physical damage to his opponent? It seems he's purposely avoiding hurting his enemy, although based on Vlad King's word, he's the most ruthless person in Class 1-B, especially against Class 1-A. So what happened?" Aizawa thought.
"Again! This 'Monoma' kid is DECIMATING us!" Kaminari whined as he put his head in his hands. Kumo appeared next to him. "Monoma's been working since he was 7; it would've been surprising if he WASN'T kicking butt."
Everyone jumped at the new arrival. Midoriya's eyes sparkled though; this was finally the time he could ask Kumo some questions!
"A-ashi-san! What's your quirk? What's with the eyes? How do you know Shinsou and Monoma? Are you from America? If so, what's it like there?" Midoriya began ranting.
"I invite you to the Spider's Web," Kumo said, placing two of her hands on the sides of Izuku's face.
Midoriya's pupil's dilated and was replaced by a red hourglass. "I would love to visit the Spider's Web."
"There. He needed to shut up. Blabbing wouldn't get him anywhere." Kumo harrumphed and sat down again.
"Deku? You okay?" Uraraka tried to touch his shoulder, but she was quickly slapped away by Izuku. "Mistress has invited me to the Spider's Web. I would hate to leave it so soon."
"EH?!" Class 1-A shouted. They looked at her and she just shrugged before the shadows covered her figure, and she was gone.
Kumo reappeared next to Monoma, who was currently watching Shinsou's match "What did you do?" He asked, knowing something happened based on the look in her black empty eyes.
"Just put some kid into the Spider's Web." She laughed as Shinsou backhanded Todoroki and he went flying out of bounds.
Monoma was quiet. "Wait. WHAT?!"
Kumo grinned at him, showing her large sharp teeth. "I told you I put him under the Spider's Web, Neinei. Geez, I knew you were half-blind, but I didn't know you were half-deaf as well."
Kumo gets a notification and taps her bottom left forearm 3 times. Immediately, a hologram pops up, containing the news.

Then the information went on about the person, most notable kills, and highlights of the entire game. Kumo sighed before swiping a hand through the hologram, causing it to shut off.
"I love myself a good old fashion Hunger Games, but no one is good as when I'm commentating it." Kumo pouted. Monoma cheered. "Look on the bright side! At least Hitoshi was kind enough to give you one of his Holo-chips early!" Monoma activated his own. It began glitching, and a hand reached out of it.
"I heard my name," Shinsou said, dusting off some glitch particles that were still stuck to his clothes.
"We were just talking about the winner of the 257th Hunger Games, Amaterasu Saibu." Kumo continued.
"What was her quirk again?" Shinsou asked. Monoma rolled his eyes. "Exactly what her name says. Sun Cell."
"Wasn't she the one that boasted to me before I left for Japan?" Kumo asked. Monoma nodded.
"And the one that has the crush on the gambling dude?"
"That's the one. She thinks she shines brighter than everything."
"She sucks more than The Emoji Movie," Shinsou said. "That's a low blow, but strangely true," Kumo replied.
"Hey Kumo, it's time for your match," Monoma said, checking the time on his eye.

"We have the mad banquet of darkness FUMIKAGE TOKOYAMI vs the powerful KUMO ASHI! 3...2...1... BEGIN!"
Kumo runs at him so quickly, he doesn't even see her coming. In a flash, one of his feet is over the line.
"And Tokoyami is out of bounds! Kumo Ashi PROCEEDS to the next round."
"These three children are climbing so high in our ranks and defeating even the strongest of opponents. But how did they get this way?" Aizawa thinks.
Kumo just shrugs before leaving Tokoyami in the dust, his feet still firmly planted in the ground. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out a small black tube.
"Are you serious?" Shinsou asked when Kumo came back, still applying the liquid.
"What? Everyone deserves eyeliner." Kumo shrugged before continuing to put it on perfectly without a mirror.
"Y'know, I've recently been thinking about getting my hair dyed, and-" Monoma started.
"No. I don't care, Ashi doesn't care, the world DOESN'T CARE. So stop." Shinsou basically slaps Monoma with his words.
"So rude!" Monoma exclaimed, clutching his chest. "Even Tenko isn't up to your level of savagery."
A tick mark appeared on Shinsou's temple. "DON'T compare me to that man-child."
Kumo comes up behind him and rubs his head. "There there, calm down Toshi! Besides, if Onii-san saw you bad-mouthing him like this, you'd be dead!"
Monoma stiffens. "Freeze. Someone's watching us." Shinsou gives him a confused look, and Monoma points towards the doorway. Kumo lifts a hand, and a long silvery thread comes out of her hands.
"Right then, Shouto Todoroki. I assume you have a reason to be watching us?" She says daintily, although there is an edge of warning in her tone. Before Todoroki could provide a... less than a reasonable reason for spying, Monoma spoke up.
"I know that America and Japan are different, but, ah, what's the saying?" He ponders before a sickening grin appears on his face. "I know. Snitches get STITCHES." He holds out his hand, and a 6 feet tall spear appears, ruby red in color.
"Spear down, Neito," Kumo said, raising her hand. Monoma pouted before reluctantly letting go of his spear. It was in the air for a second before disappearing.
"Now, back to you." Kumo's eyes glinted with malice. "I don't like eavesdroppers." She slapped Shouto across the face, leaving a red welt that could rival that of his scar.
"Don't break my rules ever again, or the consequences will be more... Extreme," Kumo said, 3 of her eyes turning red.
Shouto turned and ran out of the room. But before he could leave, a few simple words chilled him to the bone.
"So Long! Bear Well!"
