"Why didn't she have one?" Makomo asked. The air in the room got really tense, and Oyakata-sama seemed startled. He looked deep in thought, thinking about if he should tell them or not.
"Well... as I told you Kokushibo took her off the streets, and took her in... well Muzan Kibutsuji saw potential in her. He decided that she would be his greatest weapon, if not his greatest heir. Though of course... the heir needs to be a demon. She somehow built an immunity to his blood, but somehow some of it still got to her. Making her half human... and half demon. But there was one flaw about (Y/n), she cared too much about others. She refused to kill people or hurt them in the slightest way, she used to be quiet the fun spirited child. Muzan thought she used her heart to make decisions, not her brain, so since a demon can't die from loosing their heart... he forcefully removed it, along with all her emotions. Plus her scar... he slashed so deep it slashed right into her left frontal lobe (the left frontal lobe controla ration decision making), making sure she obeyed his every whim. So that's most of what her backstory is." He finished. They were so shocked, she was half demon?! "Thankfully she can control her urges... most of the time..." Though they barely heard what he said, they were stuck absorbing this info.
Once they were done, "So what was your next question?" Oyakata-sama asked.
"Well during final selection, there was, I'm guessing, a demon who saved me... it didn't try to eat me but it was talking to itself. And when I ran away it was driving it's claws up it's arm... do you know anything about this?" Sabito asked.
Oyakata-sama seemed more startled by this, "Thats what she meant..."
"What did you say Oyakata-sama?" Sabito asked.
"I'm afraid I can't answer this question, you will figure it out eventually." He answered. They were sort of sad and angry for not getting a straight forward answer. But nonetheless bowed and excused themselves.
When they went outside it was night time, with a crescent moon in the sky.
In Oyakata-sama's room
"What did you tell them?" The black hooded figure asked.
"Not much, don't worry they haven't caught on." Oyakata answered. They nodded and swiftly left through the window.
Outside window
"Shame we didn't get an answer." Sabito grumbled. Makomo nodded with him, when a hooded figure jumped out of the window. "That's them! From final selection!" Sabito pointed startled by their sudden appearance.
They both sensed something odd about them but drew their katanas. The figure had their back to them, but they lifted their hand up. They had their guards up, ready for the figures first move.
They went straight for their arm driving their claws up their arm, "Blood demon art ******* abundance." They didn't hear the first word but shrugged it off. They saw ******** ****** in forth of their eyes befor everything turned dark.
"Don't interfere if you want to live, shame I do like you..." the hooded figure said. They turned around and on their cheek was...
