I didn't even notice that Naruto had left with Jiraiya Sensei until now. We continue to run until both of our collars are pull up high, preventing us from running any farther. I close my eyes in irritation as I hear the voice of my sensei.
"Annnnnd where do you think you two are going, huh?"

"Nowhere in particular-" I was cut off as Ritsuki lets go of us and forcefully turns our bodies towards her. She sighs and looks to the ground with an unreadable expression.
"Look, I know why you both are running and I know where Naruto is..." My eyes widen as a smile spread across my face.
"Where is he Ritsuki Sensei!?"
"I don't think it is a good idea to follow him I mean Jiraiya is with him." I close my eyes and twitch my eyebrow. Yea that pervert is with him he is totally safe. Pervy Sage might even leave Naruto alone to be with some girl and then that will be the end of it...
"Ehem, well Ritsuki Sensei. What if Jiraiya leaves Naruto all alone for some 'pretty' woman? You know those curves and bouncy bouncy stuff might DISTRACT him, maybe? Or I might just be craz-"
I watch Ritsuki take both of our arms and start to sprint for the entrance of the leaf village. It doesn't take long before both me and Sasuke caught up and ran out of the village. It turned out he was at an outpost not far from the village but it was still a fair travels away but we ran as fast as we could.
"I can't believe Itachi is after Naruto...and so soon?" I look up at Ritsuki and question what she meant. So Itachi was always going to go after my brother..? Not a chance in my life would I let him lay a finger towards him. The run was so quiet but every once in a while I would look at Sasuke to notice the amount of anger that had taken over and plastered across his face. This was going to be the first time in 8-9 years that he had seen his brother since that night, I felt bad for him.

"No only elders have checked into this place I am sorry.." I sigh and run back out, running with the other two into another hotel. Sasuke hits the reception desk scaring the small woman for a second.
"Have you seen a loser with blonde hair, about my hight? With an old man with a head of white hair?" The woman sadly and slowly shook her head, earning a groan from Sasuke and I, rushing back out of the building.
"You two need to calm down, how about we split up? Y/N here." I watch Ritsuki bite her thumb and summon a small and cute gecko. This one didn't look like Kenta but it looked like your normal and average everyday gecko with made me smile slightly. Wouldn't want another one of him to be honest. She tells me it was a message summon and that if I were to find Naruto, to send the gecko to Sasuke.
"What about you Ritsuki Sensei?"
"You don't have to worry, I am going to look for the pervert since he would know where Naruto was stationed so I will be fine." I nod my head and she tells us to run. Sasuke and I separate ways and Ritsuki starts searching in bars and restaurants. I continue to check hotel to hotel, desperately trying to find my brother. I can feel the anxiety building up at the thought of Itachi finding Naruto before I could to the point I couldn't take it.
"NARUTOOOOO!!!!"
I sigh and hear a loud tap of a window making me turn my head to the now opened window with a blonde poking his head out.
"Y/N???" I take a harsh breath and waste no time to run up the walls of the hotel and push my way into the window seeing multiple Naruto's and....No Jiraiya, thought so.
"Where is Jiraiya Naruto?" I hear him groan and rub the back of his neck.
"He saw some pretty girl and gave me the room key and then left me. Not like I care!" I shake my head and feel a relief wash over my body since now I was in the same room as my brother, safe and guarded. I jump and turn to tell Naruto why I came here. But before I do I take out my gecko and set him at the window.
"Tell Sasuke Uchiha and show him where we are ok? This is important." The gecko nods and jumps through the window, hitting the ground and scurrying away from the hotel. I whip my head around to see the multiple clones disappear to reveal the real Naruto, quietly sitting and trying to focus his chakra. Jiraiya probably told the kid to practice while he was out. I rush over and shake his shoulders, making him look at me weird.
"Naruto I need to tell you something!"
"What is it Y/N? Is everything ok?" I shake my head as sweat starts to drip down my forehead.
"You are in danger! People have come to ta-"
*KNOCK* *KNOCK*
I smile at the sound of Sasuke knocking on the door. Usually the knock would be louder but maybe he was tired out from the constant running.
*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*
"Yea yea! I am coming!!" Naruto yells and reaches for the door. I get in between and insist I open it, wanting my face to be the first Sasuke sees to make sure he didn't get irritated with having to use his energy to find my brother. I open the door and give him a closed eyes smile.
"Sasuke! Finally you ma-...de..it.." The words fall off my now dry mouth as I look at the red cloud in front of me. I lift my head until my E/C eyes meet red ones. Those eyes....I shouldn't have answered the and door! I should have took Naruto and jumped out the window to wait for the rest to show up! That was the most reasonable solution!!! God damn me and my brain.
I grit my teeth at Itachi as he gives me a blank expression and his partner moves to see both Naruto and I. The shark smiles wide showing off his sharp teeth making my whole body shiver with fear. I could feel the cold air tickle my skin as they move slightly away from the door.
"Hello Y/N, Naruto."
How does Itachi know Naruto's name? This guy must do his research, that's a bad thing. The blue skinned freak chuckles and cough slightly before talking.
"This little one in the orange possesses the nine-tailed fox? I doubt it." I take a look to my left and saw Naruto's eyes widen in fear and shock, not moving a single muscle. We are only barely Chunin but these guys...these guys are the real deal.
"Why don't we all take a walk." I sneer at Itachi's request but oblige, scared of what might happen if I try t retaliate. Naruto and I leave the room and stand next to each other as the two tall figures turn their full attention on us.
"Huh, I was told that the nine-tails would be alone Itachi, why is this pest here?" Itachi doesn't reply to his partner but instead stares deadly into my eyes making me inhale a sharp breath from his intimidation. He knew Y/N, he knew! He knows that we know about the capture which means he knows Sasuke is here too! This is baaaaad like really really really-
"Y/N." I yip and look up at the rogue Shinobi. He motions his hand for me to come closer to which I hesitate before taking a step. Naruto grabs my wrist shaking his head but the other rogue ninja takes out his sword, shaking his head too and telling Naruto to let go. Naruto lets go and I continue to move my shaking body towards the Uchiha.
He moves for me to walk by and I slowly walk past him, feeling his eyes burn the back of my head. Is he letting me go? I was so confused that I stopped walking and stood still. He wants me to leave so he can take Naruto!
"Get away from my brother...now!" I turn my body towards the three. Itachi seemed surprised that I referred to Naruto as my brother but I didn't care one bit.
"YOU CAN'T JUMP COME HERE AND KNOCK ON OUR DOOR MAY I ADD AND THEN EXPECT ME TO LET YOU TAKE MY BROTHER!!" Itachi stays still, his emotionless facade staying strong as he point his finger at Naruto.
"He is not your brother Y/N-"
"RELATED BY BLOOD OR NOT! HE IS MY BROTHER!" I finish strong and take a deep breath trying to calm my anxiety. This was it, Naruto and I were alone with Itachi Uchiha and his partner in crime...I blink my eyes and freeze as Itachi was now at knee level with me, our faces inches apart in an uncomfortable position. How did he get to me that fast?
"If that is the case," Itachi pauses making my gulp back down whatever was coming up my throat.
"Then you are a threat to us." Without time to think I feel his hand wrap around my neck as he slams my body into the wall, choking me and restricting my air flow. I cough out as my hands try to claw his off from around my throat.
"I-...Itachi why ar-..you do-ing..thiiisss?" He looks at me as his eyes flash a light of red at me. I take it as a sign and activate mine now, his friend looking at me confused and then chuckling.
"Itachi, what is this? I thought the whole Uchiha clan was slaughtered...by your hand."
"Looks like I forgot one.." My eyes widen in horror at the sound of Itachi's voice, deep and serious. I try to wiggle from his grasps but he had a tight hold on me.
"Itachi please...w-hat about the thiing y-you said t-" He tightens his grip slightly making me choke more. He obviously didn't want me talking about our last encounter with one another meaning he visited me without permission. I hear small footsteps inching closer to us making me shake violently. No Sasuke don't come here!
"It's been awhile....Sasuke." We all turn our heads at the raven haired boy as he stares intensely at the sight of his brother choking me. His eyes activate his Sharingan and his eyebrows furrow.
"Let Y/N go, brother. Let her go, now." I hear Itachi sigh and turn his head back to me and then to Sasuke again. Itachi tightens his grip making me gasp out in desperation for air, a salty tear falling from the corner of my eyes and down my cheek.
"I SAID LET HER GO!" Itachi hums in reply and turns his eyes to rest upon mine. He gives me a look I couldn't decipher, a mixture of approval and sadness. Why was he sad? What good reason does he have to be sad.
"I guess we are brothers after all..."
"Huh?" Itachi shuts his mouth and throws my body in Sasuke's direction, my body hitting harshly on the ground next to his brother. I watch as Sasuke lifts my head, looking at my eyes.
"Sasuke...run, please." He shakes his head in anger and I see something I thought I would never see again. A single tear runs down his cheek and lands on the upper part of my cheek bone, close to my eye. My eyes soften and he sits me up to let me regain my strength and to breath in as much air as possible hoping I wouldn't pass out. Sasuke and Itachi share a small stare until Sasuke holds his hand out, blue lightening forming around it.
"I have focused my hate towards you brother every since that night. I have lived my life for only one purpose...TO KILL YOU" Sasuke runs to attack Itachi with all of his force but with a single hand movement, Itachi deflects his little brothers attack moving it out of the way and into the wall of the building. There was a long silence before Itachi motions his hand on Sasuke's wrist, snapping it on impact. I hear Sasuke scream in agony before his older brother lifts his leg and kicks him towards me.
"Sasuke!!" I am able to catch the Uchiha in time before he hits the ground. Naruto screams out both of our names making me freeze and look at him.
"SISTER! SASUKE!"
"NARUTO DON'T MOVE! STAY BACK OK!?" Naruto's eyes water up before putting his hands together and focusing his chakra, I watch as red and bubbly chakra engulfs Naruto's body.
"So this is the power of the nine-tails huh?" I watch as the other ninja swipes his sword at Naruto, completely cutting off the blondes chakra. I can't feel Naruto's chakra anymore! What did he just do!?
Itachi looks back at us and walks our direction. Both Sasuke and I make an effort to get back up and attack but once again, Itachi attaches his palms to our throats, pushing us against the wall.
"Foolish little brother..."
I stare as Sasuke slowly opens his onyx eyes as Itachi but when he does, he flinches. His eyes become wide and he screams in horror, pain, and agony.
"S-SASUKE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HIM!? ITACHI STOP!!."
I am ignored as Itachi tightens our grip, making me lose my eyesight from the lack of oxygen reaching my brain. I feel myself lose consciousness as a poof of smoke appear from next to Itachi and behind Naruto. I turn my head sleepily as Ritsuki Sensei stands still staring at Itachi with confidence. I hear Itachi sigh and look at my sensei.
"And then there were four.."
