Chapter 59
Daniel
"I'm going to see Leo." Amber told me once she stepped out of Sir Brown's room.
"Where are you going to meet him?" I asked looking up from the time-table that I was making.
"The coffee shop down the street." She shrugged.
"Okay, but be back by twelve cause we have to meeting then, we have to train for two or three hours before going to visit Paul."
"He's back home, right?"
"Yeah, I called Clara, and she said that they left the hospital this morning."
"Alright." She nodded checking her phone.
"Don't be late." I winked making her smile.
"I won't. Love you." She exclaimed in a rush pecking my cheek.
"Take care of yourself." I yelled after her.
"I will. Bye." She yelled as she pushed the door open.
A few minutes later, someone stepped in.
"Daniel, welcome back." Sophie smiled wrapping her arms around me in a friendly hug.
"How are you?" I smiled.
"I'm good. How's your uncle, now?" She frowned.
"He's good. I'm going to see him after we finish."
"Where's Amber?" She frowned looking around.
"She went to meet a friend from uni., but she's coming back in an hour or so. Sit down." I motioned for her to sit in a chair next to mine.
"I heard that we had a meeting."
"Yeah, be prepared for some good news." I smiled putting all the documents in a file.
"Do you like dancing, now?"
"I guess I do, but I feel a bit weird." I chuckled as opened a drawer to find a file with Robin's name on it making my smile drop.
"What's wrong?" She frowned.
"I want to ask you about something, but promise me that no one will know anything about this conversation- not even Amber." I said quietly turning my attention to her.
"What is it, Daniel? You're worrying me."
"Did you know that Robin loved Amber?" I asked, but I guess that the question shocked her as all the colors drained from her face.
"What are you saying- there's no such thi-" She started saying nervously looking everywhere away from my eyes.
"Sophie, I found the letter yesterday, and I know everything already, so don't worry about anything." I ressured making her gasp.
"How did you find it?"
"I just found it, and- nevermind, it just passed, and I got the answer. Thank you." I sighed slamming the drawer shut and locking it before standing up, and walking away.
"Where are you going?"
"Bathroom." I rolled my eyes pushing the bathroom door open.

"It's nice to see you all here. I think Daniel told you that I have an important announcement." Sir Brown started.
"Yeah." They all nodded.
"Okay, I'd love to announce that we have a performance in ten weeks exactly, and it's not a normal performance in New York, we'll perform on the stage of the Royal Opera House in London." He paused as they all cheered. I turned my head to the side to see Amber's smile stretched across her face as she clapped.
"It has to be something special as I said before because if the people liked it, we'd be able to reach the internationality. For that special reason, I want all of you to work with seriousness. Trainings won't take a couple of hours only, you may have to train for five or six hours a day." He continued.
"It's okay! We're in for sure." Amber grinned.
"Uh- someone's excited here." He chuckled giving her a side hug.
"We're all excited!" Sophie yelled making us laugh.
"Okay! I made a plan. Sophie with Mark, George with Ruth, Gemma and Adam, Harry with Christina, Conor with Amanda and Amber with Robin!"
"It's Daniel." Amber told him awkwardly looking at me.
"Yeah sorry. I meant Daniel. C'mon Let's vote for the best couple, now cause the best couple in "dancing" will be the main couple on the stage." He announced passing us white papers and markers.
"Write the names of the couple that you think will handle such thing. Again the couples are: Sophie and Mark, George and Ruth, Harry and Christina, Conor and Amanda, Gemma and Adam and finally Amber and Daniel." He explained.
I jotted down the names of Conor and Amanda quickly. I thing they are the best of us all.
"Put it in that box."
"I feel like we're playing." Ruth giggled throwing her paper in the box.
"We're working. C'mon all of you, be quick!"

Amber
I looked at Daniel with a smile as I threw my paper in the box. I'm afraid that that Robin thing bothered him. Of course it bothered him! but he was trying to act normal.
"Let's see the voting, now." Sir Brown grinned unfolding the first paper.
"Daniel and Amber." My eyes widened as I looked at Daniel.
"Amber and Daniel. Oh there's a difference!" Sir Brown chuckled picking the third paper.
"Ruth and George, and this is Daniel and Amber. They like you too much, Daniel." He smiled making Daniel's smile grow even more wider as I walked towards him to stand by his side.
"These two are Daniel and Amber as well and this one is Conor and Amanda." He paused as I held Daniel's hand tightly.
"There's one left with the names of Daniel and Amber. I'm not shocked ny the news, and I'm impressed by how you made them fall in love with you this quick, Daniel. By the way guys, you're choice was right and perfect cause Daniel really proved to be a perfect dancer, and he's capable of handling such performance. I won't talk about Amber cause we all know how perfect she is." He smiled making my eyes water. They're so cute!
"Congratulations, guys!" They cheered.
"C'mon, all of you to the big hall downstairs. we have a lot of work to do!" He yelled walking downstairs with us following.

"Amber, come here." Sir Brown instructed.
"Look at us, all of you. I want you to observe how her body will move with me with such flexibility even though we didn't train on this dance before. Put on the music, Daniel." He ordered, and daniel turned the music on with the remote device in his hand.
I started moving my hands and legs with the music smoothly as Sir Brown walked towards me. Reading his movements wasn't easy, but my body moved quickly that I guess the others didn't feel anything strange. I felt like flying from how quick he make me turn around or jump in his hands. I want this. I want to be like this with Daniel all the time. I want to understand him just by his body moves and the look in his eyes. We don't need words anymore...
A minutes later, the music stopped, and I stood back up on my feet panting like a dog!
"Thank you," Sir Brown smiled at me bowing his head in a gentle manner.
"You're welcome." I grinned taking deep breaths and finally I realized that they were all clapping for us.
"Thank you. Did you see that guys? Did you see how her body reacted to my moves and how my body reacted to hers? It should take less than one second to read your partner's move and react to it quickly. If you made a mistake, the audience shouldn't feel it, and that won't happen if both you and your partner were really qualified." As he was talking, Daniel's phone started ringing.
"I'm sorry, excuse me." He sighed before walking out of the room. I watched him from behind the glass door as he talked on the phone.
"Okay, Amber?"
"Sorry?" I turned around looking at Sophie.
"What's wrong with you?"
"Nothing's wrong. My mind is just with Daniel. I'm afraid that something's wrong." I closed my eyes taking a deep breath as Daniel stepped back into the room.
"What's wrong?"
"Alan said that he had something to announce tonight, and that we will meet up at Paul's place by seven."
"Alright, we have time." I nodded.
"Excuse me." Sophie gave us a small smile as she stepped out of the room.
"I'm afraid of what he might say. I don't know." He sighed throwing his phone on an empty shelf.
"Don't worry. Let's start." I smiled turning on the music.
"One, two." I started moving my feet as I counted my moves, and he did the same.

"I want you to talk with Jack as well. I mean, if you got the chance." Daniel sighed as we got in the car.
"Okay, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to do that. Let's see how it goes."
"Yeah." he sighed.
"Don't worry. I'm sure that Alan won't announce something bad in front of everyone. It must be something good!" I tried to ressure him.
"I hope so." He nodded as he stopped the car in Paul's driveway.
"Let's go." I smiled getting out of the car.
Knocking on the door, I waited patiently for someone to open it as I held Daniel's hand.
Seconds later, the door was pushed open, and we were greeted by Jack.
"Hey, come in." He smiled openning the door wider for us to get in.
"How are you?" He looked at me with concern.
"I'm good. Nothing's so horrible." I smiled patting his shoulder as we followed Daniel inside where Alan, Delilah, Paul and Tina were all sitting.
"Someone's late." Paul smiled standing up slowly.
"Sit down." Daniel instructed as he walked towards him.
"How are you, Paul?" I asked from behind Daniel.
"I heard some bad news. How are you, now?" He frowned.
"I'm alright. There's no need to worry." I ressured taking a seat next to Alan.
"You better say what you want to announce cause Daniel won't be able to wait any longer." I whispered to him.
"We have to wait till after dinner." he whispered.
"Where's Clara?" Daniel asked.
"I'm here. Come on. Dinner's ready!" She yelled from the dining room.
"Need any help?" I asked walking to her.
"Our beautiful bride will just sit down, and I'll serve her." She giggle making me smile as I hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry for what happened to Paul." I frowned as she pulled away.
"It's okay. He's and old man." She whispered, and I could see him standing behind her.
"I heard you!" He fake-shouted from behind her making her jump in her place.
"I was about to shit my pants! What is that, Paul?!" She frowned at him looking hilarious that she made me laugh.
"A bit of what an old man can do." He teased.
This reminded me of Robin. I used to tease him when he was sick or when he won't bother to wake up. Did he really think of me as a lover when I did that? Did he feel things when we touched or when we used to dance together? And was he really going to kiss me that day when Daniel beat his ass? I can't believe that I didn't see that. I thought that I knew him like an open book when, in fact, I knew nothing about him-
I felt someone poking my side making me jump!
"What, Daniel?!" I groaned.
"You're okay?" He asked with seriousness.
"Yeah, baby. I just zoned out." I smiled as he helped me sit down on a chair next to him.
"That's your favorite pasta, bunny! I made it just for you." Clara winked at daniel making me choke on my food.
"Bunny? Seriously Clara?" He chuckled rubbing my back.
"You're all my bunnies even when you grow up, big boy." She giggled making me laugh.
"I like the nickname, though." I teased making him roll his eyes.
"Okay, bunny." He teased putting a slice of steak in my plate.

"Um- Since you're all here, I'd like to ask you something. Um- Paul?" Alan asked nervously as I stepped into the living room with Delilah.
"Right," He nodded getting up to sit right next to Alan. "Since I'm the oldest one here as Clara said, I'd start to save the poor boy." He chuckled patting Alan on his back.
That dragged Daniel's attention, and he immediately sat up.
"Alan wants to ask you about something not because he's your friend, but because you're the only family of Delilah." He started motioning for Alan to continue.
"I love her so much, and- I promised you to protect her, but now," He paused making Daniel stand up.
"Now what?" He whispered.
"I can't wait any longer. I want her to be called my wife officially and in front of everyone, and I can't do that before I get your blessing..." He trailed off waiting for Daniel's answer.
"What? You're asking for my blessing?" He paused, and Alan nodded his head slowly.
Minutes passed in silence as we all waited for Daniel's next words. Delilah had her hand covering her mouth in anticipation.
"You love him?" Daniel turned to her, and she nodded quickly holding back her tears.
"If you respected me that much, how could I let you down?" He shrugged at him making me smile.
"Congratulations, our new bride." I whispered making her giggle as I hugged me tightly, and Daniel's laugh blared through the room as he hugged Alan tightly.
"Thank you!" Delilah giggled jumping on Daniel as he lifted her off the ground in a hug.
And now I'm sure... They're the best sibilings ever!
