Madison's heart thumps out her chest when the welcome sign of Detroit pops up. Her thighs begin shaking wildly causing Seven to put his hand on her thigh.
"Relax," he says softly
For the past eight months, she's been living in Brooklyn New York.She got a job there as a newspaper reporter and is still attending school. Once she got accepted to NYU she felt that it was a sign from God telling her to get the hell out of dodge.
"You hungry?" Seven asks pulling the car into a gas station
" I want a sprite." She whispers laying her head on the door window

He grins before leaving the car and heads into the store.
"Madison you are okay. You're only spending a week here he won't see you." She whispers to herself
She was too busy in her thoughts to realize Seven coming to the car. He knocks on her side of the window and waits for her to roll the window down.
"Babygirl they don't have any sprite."
"How about Pepsi?"
"They got that and roll the window back up before I have to pop a cap in these niggas." He says before walking off to get her Pepsi
Madison giggles and rolls the window back up. She turns the ac vent to the opposite side and closes her eyes.
"girl he won't see you at all just relax." her inner self coaches to her
Madison shakes her head from side to side and shuts her eyes for a nap.

"Seven can you not do that and it's hot." Madison groans

Madison turns her head to see Raymond running to the door.

"Let me help you out the car." Seven says hopping out while pulling up his grey sweatpants

"Seven I'm pregnant not handicap." She groans while he helps pull her out of the car.

He looks down at Madison's stomach to see her large round stomach.
"Oh my gosh you kept this from me. Seven you impregnated my best friend?" Raymond said shockley
"Good friends my ass." Raymond jokes
"How about we go in the house to talk."
Seven turns around and hugs Ray in a brotherly hug.
"I can't believe this girl hid this from me." " And your my cousin all you had to do was pick up the phone and say I got her pregnant."
They begin walking up the steps to Ray's condo.
"Raymond, he didn't get me pregnant."
"So who did?" Ray asks opening up the door

"How many months are you, look like you're about to pop." Ray squeals

"When did you find out?" Ray asks as they make their way to sit down on the couch.
"I was getting morning sickness every morning for the first three months." Madison explains

"I wanted to know the gender but Seven insisted that I wait till the birth."
"Wow so let me guess you're the step pop pop?" Raymond asks pointing to Seven
" No I am not ,I am Uncle Seven. Did you forget I have a girl at home?"
"Who,the damn girl name May May?" Raymond jokes
" It's Maylene and yes she is my girlfriend."
"So your girlfriend was okay with you driving Ms.Sexy Pregnant pussy Madison nine hours to Detroit?"

Raymond turned his head quickly at Seven and stared at him for a while.
"O...kay now so Madison put on your flip flops so we can go to the market"
Madison huffs out air before pressing in the chair and lifting off the couch. She waddles to the front door and slides her feet inside of her slippers

The duo steps into the cold market and Madison frowns turns to a grin.

Raymond and her walk around for a couple minutes just picking up random stuff.
" Have you ever tried hot cheetos dipped in yogurt?" Madison asks while licking her lips

"Excuse me, can you pass me that cereal right there?" A familiar voice asks
Madison turns around to see Dre.
"Oh sorry I'll just move out of the way"

"Do I know you?" Madison questions playing it off
"Wait till Vito see's you." He says shaking his head
"And you know he- whoa hold up what's that?" He asks pointing to her huge stomach

"It looks like you're about to get your ass beat." Dre says while smirking
"Dre please don't tell him. I'm only here for the week and then I'm going back to New York"
" So that's where you've been hiding, huh, you know that man has been miserable since you left. He don't fuck with nobody at all."
" He just makes time for work and his daughter. Lil lay lay done got big and everything." He says smiling
" that's nice" Madison said beaming
" He here right now so if you don't want to be seen, Go right now"
"Dre please don't tell him you saw me." Madison begs
" I'll think about it."
"Ray I'm going to go sit in the car. Can I have the key?"
" yeah go ahead boo" he says
pointing to his purse that has his keys in it
Madison grabs the keys and starts to walk off but feels a light yank on her shoulder.
"Madison is it his?"
She clears her throat before nodding her head.
"You know I have to tell him right?" Dre says looking at her stomach
"Dre please don't. It's not his...it's not his" Madison says quickly
"Now girl why are you lying. I bet you he was the last person you had sex with." Raymond says leaning on the cart just watching what unfolds in front of him.
"Shut the hell up Raymond." Madison says hastily
" Maddy I love you but you look like you're about to pop soon. You need him by your side when you deliver this baby." Dre speaks
" Can I touch it?" He asks pointing to her stomach
"Sure." She says still on the lookout to see if Vito is anywhere close
Dre begins rubbing her large stomach in circles and the kicking begins to start.
"Aww he knows his uncle Dre Dre."
"Can I- I leave now?" Madison stutters
"Go head big mama" he shakes his head and watches her walk away
" she is in big trouble." Dre whispers
On the other side of the market Vito is pushing Layla around in the cart.
"Dada!" She shouts pulling on his freshly cut beard
"Dada right here buba" he says gruffly
Since Madison's departure eight months ago Vito has been what you describe as cold. His anger gets the best of him making him create a social barrier between him and the people he associates with.
He isn't up for chit chit and he stays in the club and traps until Layla is out of school. He never told anyone what happened that night, He didn't want to look like a papi show.
"Buba can Daddy leave now. I'm hungry" he said blowing in her face, causing her eyelash to flutter
She streaks before making a loud giggle. Vito begins pushing the cart and walking to the top of every aisle looking for Dre.

Vito continues looking around till he sees him coming up from the cereal aisle, beaming hard.
" What the heck got you cheesing so much?" Vito asks giving Layla a kiss on her cheek
"Oh nothing" he drags still smiling
"Did you get the cereal?" Vito asks
"Naw they aint have it."
"Yo the cereal is right there." Vito says pointing down the aisle

" Are you okay or what?" Vito asks pulling on his beard now staring at him
"Bro Madison is back."
Vito face scrunched up his face before shrugging his shoulders
"So what?"

"Bro she bout to pop anytime soon"

Vito mind raced,he didn't want to believe that Madison would run off with his seed.

"We haven't seen shawty in months. We don't know who she was sexing." Vito says shaking his head

"I just saw her." Dre breaths out
"Where the hell is she at?"

"Nigga speak!" Victor yells impatiently
" she's outside"
"Watch Layla for me while I go outside"
"Man don't be yelling at her " Dre says looking at him
Vito makes his way outside of the market and looks around to see if he can see her. The parking lot isn't that big, and only a couple cars are sitting out there. All cars were tinted making it hard for him to look through.
It finally clicked to him that if she's pregnant then the air would need to be on. He looks around till he sees a Black Nissan running. He jogs to the car and pulls on the handle, opening the door.
Madison was too busy trying to calm herself down on her phone to realize Vito coming to the door. The door opening gets her attention and she turns her head to see Vito. Her stomach dropped while butterflies fluttered in her stomach. Her eyes traveled all over his body and she noticed how more husky he's gotten. His face got sexier and his lips were leaving her moist.
Vito's eyes stuck on her stomach. He couldn't believe that she really is pregnant.
"Look Vito I'm sorry. I was going to tell you and -
"Ivy I don't want to argue with you right now. Maybe tomorrow, this is some bullshit. You really left the city with my child?"
A lump grows in his throat before he turns his head. He swallows his pride and begins speaking.

"I wish you would call me out my name. You will never see your child and I put that on your other child." Madison interrupts angrily
"You luck you have my kid. I'd put a bullet through your shit." He says before walking away.
